Samantha was AMAZING! I placed a request for a tow through my roadside assistance at 10:30AM, I still hadn’t heard anything at all around 4:45PM. By the time I actually heard back, Allstate wanted an insane amount of money out of pocket that I just didn’t have to get my car towed to my mechanic. She was so sweet, professional and patient. She spoke to Allstate for me to try and get it worked out, of course they weren’t any help. She spoke to a lot of different people to try and get something worked out. She decided to go ahead and tow my car for no additional cost. She was very understanding, Christmas is right around the corner and every bit of money I have set side was for that. I now have to pay for whatever repairs I need for my car to be fixed. Beyond appreciative is an understatement. I wish there were more people like her in the world today. I will now be calling Advantage Towing & Recovery first instead of my roadside assistance. I will recommend to family and friends as well. Amazing experience. Thank you so much!!!

Super friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Roger came to tow my car but because he was aware of the safety features on my car he was able to start my car and reverse it out of tough spot! So grateful for their amazing customer service today.

Due to a catastrophic tire failure on my M-B GLE53, M-B roadside assistance called Advance Towing to take my car to the local dealership. Roger Cross was dispatched and he was exceptionally careful, polite, and diligent in performing his service. If such a thing is possible, he made a tire failure a positive experience. Well done, Roger!

Had an awesome experience with this company. Roy showed up on time, got me to the car shop and even offered me a ride back to my house. Thanks again!
