You will not find a better dentist than this! Dr. Adams and Dr. Kristen are the absolute best!! I am kind of a chicken when it comes to the dentist, but once Dr. Adams comes in, my fear magically disappears! This man is a genius! So is Dr. Kristen. Great work guys!!

This review is long overdue. I am a long time patient and a “feel like family” of Adams Dental. You will meet a wonderful family of incredibly talented and kind people working in a state of the art office with superb GOVID practices!
More importantly you will forget any dental anxiety you might have had and become part of the Adams Family yourself!!

I just love this practice. The docs are brilliant and obviously take a great deal of pride in their work. At the same time they are so nice, kind and cheerful. They make you feel like part of the family.

I spent the past three weeks prior to my scheduled procedure trying to get an appointment for bonding and fillings. On the day of my appointment I had a question about the form they had me fill out and after waiting for over 40 minutes the dentist came out and told me he refuses to treat me and that I should go to another dentist. Well I did and they charged 1/2 of the price that he charged and were more than happy to answer all my questions. I left Dr. Adams office in tears because of how badly they treated me. I can tell when someone is only after your money, they don't care about their patients at all, all they care about is how much money they can make from them. They lied to me about how much they were going to charge me and ultimately refused to treat me because the person at the front desk had me waiting for almost an hour and they said that I was "wasting their time." I was also extremely belittled after Adams said that people "like me" (being Asian) could never be a dentist or doctor because we aren't outgoing enough to talk to people. He went on to criticize my personality and tell me that I should "smile more." He was incredibly condescending, racist, and extremely unprofessional. I cannot believe he is still practicing and hasn't had his license revoked if this is the way he is treating his patients. Please do not support this practice, people like him should not be in business

The best you'll find! Excellent customer service blended with decades of experience and state-of-the-art, best-practice techniques! I've been a dedicated customer with this practice for several years now and have interacted with all staff members on a one-to-one basis. After finding them on a Google 'top-five in Sacramento' list years ago, they have never disappointed. Rarely do I recommend businesses to my friends and family but I do with Adams Dental Associates. If genuine '5-star' customer service and sensitivity to your needs in the dental chair is important - this is the practice for you. The world would be a better place if more businesses conducted themselves with the level of skill, integrity, care and kindness that I receive from them.
