Today I went in and bought two fishing poles and later in the day I wanted to return these fishing poles because I wasnt happy with the quality. I still had all the packaging and receipt with me thinking it would be just fine. Oh was I wrong! They told me I couldn't do the return because they both were used. (Well of course they were used, how else was I going to know if they were good poles). There was nothing wrong with them, I just wasn't satisfied with them. So now I have lost $100 to this Ace Hardware. Thanks! I live on Mackinac Island so this was a convenience for me, not anyone.
