I called Acculift Foundation Repair to replace a crack in the basement wall. I had water leaking in the basement and they took care of the problem. He also pointed out another area where the water line comes in to the basement. So happy that he took the time to examine the basement and point out the second issue.

I spoke with the Acculift owner Karen about a job we needed done and agreed on one price. I asked of anything is possible that could go wrong or expecting any charges and she said no. The job turned out good but when I received the bill it came quite more than what was agreed upon (1200$). While no one communicated to me that they will be using additional material even though I was there chatting with the crew and after agreeing to the set amount I would not recommend this for any future jobs. While I trusted the owner on there word I fell for the fine print on a contract. Unfortunately nowadays you can’t trust what they say read the contracts thirdly before you sign.

Used them over 10 years ago to fix our foundation walls. The work they did was amazing and we've had no problems since. When our sump pump went out they were able to have someone come out and replace it the same day.

Highly highly recommend this company! Our experience has been fantastic with them from the beginning all the way through the completion of the job. We had a garage that had settled and Karen knew exactly what to do! We had contacted other companies when getting estimates and felt like we were working with a salesperson who may or may not have a tremendous amount of experience in the field which didn’t leave us feeling very confident investing in their recommendations. When we got the estimate with Acculift we got to work with Karen who is the owner of the company. Not only was she an actual engineer & very experienced in the field, but was also super easy to work with, very knowledgeable on what options would work for us, and then was a great communicator when we ended up contracting with them to do the work. The crew that came was very professional, polite, and we felt extremely comfortable with them doing the work - these guys know exactly what they’re doing & we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with settling issues.
