  SOOO worth the money !!!! Thanks to Chris, i crossed one more thing off my bucket list. Everything about our experience was perfect from the timing, location, weather, views were amazing, chris was so chill, down to earth, met some awesome people, very accommodating and fun. Alot of places weren't open in the summer or charged an outrageous amount but we all DEFINITELY recomend this place, we will be back!!!

  What a fun day!!! We were vacationing in San Diego and decided to do something different so we looked up ATV's in the desert. We found Chris's company and we are so glad we did.
  
  We called the day before we wanted to go and tried to book a last minute reservation. Chris was very patient and accommodating in helping me plan it out. I told him that I was going to have two elderly people (in their late 60's), 3 kids (youngest was 6) and 2 adults. Chris worked out everything for me including having an assortment of ATV's, Rhinos and dirt bikes for my family to choose from. Chris even had a small pink ATV just for my 6 year old. My kids were so excited to see the assortment of vehicles and immediately sent to arguing on who would get what vehicle.
  
  Chris is very knowledgeable about the local area and is a good guide. He loves to talk Baja racing and mechanics so the time seems to fly by.
  
  We had a great experience and we will definitely be back the next time we vacation in San Diego.

  We had such an amazing time on this tour. It was worth every penny. Chris and Amanda are great people and ensured our group stay hydrated and stayed together during the 26 mile tour through the desert. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Truly the best time we had while visiting San Diego.

  This is an absolute must do! Six of my friends and I were looking for something fun to do over the weekend while we were in El Cento, CA for our Weps Det. Some of our buddies recommended Academy Rentals from going riding there the week before. They said it was an absolute blast and I’m glad we listened to them. It was a nasty, rainy day with an overcast but it only made it 100 times better. We were doing donuts and slinging mud on our buddies all day. We tore up the mud flats and ramped in the dunes. We were allowed to flip-flop from quad to dirt bike at any point. The owner Chris was our tour guide and would go as fast as we wanted. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and showed us some amazing sights. He was a true professional and I thank him very much for giving us one of the best and memorable times we had down there. We’ve passed on to all of our friends that when they head down to the El Centro area to do this. We will most likely be coming back here in the next few months and will unquestionably do this again!

  $99 for 4 hours on a quad and a tourdeal !!
  
  we were in the ocotillo ohv park and were " sand widows" with no toys !!
  
  trailer near us told us about academythey delivered and met us at blu in park.
  
  great afternoon for uswe have our own dez toyz now but use him for our "fake desert friends" who we wont let use our stuff !!!

  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. We bought a couple of living social deals because we were going out to California. When we called to reserve and add a third he tacked on all sorts of fees to the tune of $200. When we called back to amend our reservation and possibly add more people he started changing prices and fees and being extremely rude and aggressive. When I got fed up I told him to cancel the whole thing. He refused and said I signed a contract. When I informed him we signed nothing and did everything over the phone he still argued. Finally he relented and we agreed to a cancellation fee. After several emails and phone calls he still refuses to refund my money and I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Chris doesn't know how to run a business and is extremely shady. Absolutely do not do any business with him or this company!!!!!
