We had an excellent time with these guys! The boat is right behind their business, and it's a short ride to the reef. The dives are only about 25' deep, which means you're in the water for nearly an hour! The captain was friendly and clearly experienced. He gave us excellent recommendations on where to go, and what to look for. We did two dives with them and both were beautiful! Lots of the typical tropical fish, 6+ nurse sharks, a stingray and a couple lion fish. I will definitely dive with these guys again, when I'm down that way!

Our family (6) had 2 days with Abyss and Jim and Mike were fantastic boat captains! Great knowledge of the area and very good at managing expectations in regards to weather. And thank you Tracey too!! Wonderful team!!!

Great dive center. Everything was taken care of. Captain and divemaster were friendly and very helpful. Nice shop too. Great dives. To sum up in one word: relaxed!

I had a great experience with Abyss for my Open Water Dives to complete the PADI Certification. Despite less than ideal conditions (windy, poor visibility), they worked diligently to ensure we were able to get in and demonstrate the necessary skills to complete our certification. We worked with 2 instructors, Beth and Joey, both fantastic, as was the Captain, Bob. Highly recommend Abyss!

My wife I had a great experience with Abyss. It was a nice change to be out with just one other couple diving. Reefs we went to were close. Captain Jim was extremely patient and helpful doing his best to make sure we had great dives.
