I was really impressed and was greeted with a smile was asked if i needed anything to drink waited jus a few minutes to get to my stylist which was olivia super sweet great attitude got my hair color that i wanted a massage while i got my hair shampooed i loved it and overall was great service will go back nxt time. Really great atmosphere, and my stylist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like the entire staff was up to date on the latest trends so I didn't really have to go into super detail on what I wanted. Other places, I felt the staff was a little older and kind out of touch with the current trends, so my request never came out right. But I never had that trouble here, she immediately knew what I wanted. Free water, nice place, very friendly staff. The only real downside I would say is that if you're used to getting your hair cut at discount places like Snip 'n' Clip or something the prices may be a bit surprising. My haircut was 31$ and I just cut off three and a half inches. However, I feel like you're really paying for their expertise and the atmosphere there, as well as a personalized experience. After my appointment I received a handwritten post card thanking me for visiting. Very great experience, will recommend to friends after on for everything from cuts, styling and dyeing.

They must charge for the location because quality of the hairstylist I had my experiences with were very low. I read somewhere that they thoroughly consult with their clients before any treatments. I went to go lighter on my hair because I had gone dark before which is why I chose to go here. The stylist went in with asking me very few questions. I honestly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. She applied SO MUCH heat to my hair. She FRIED it and chopped some layers from the top to hide what she fried. My hair was kind of long before I went in and I walked out with some of my top layers being about 4 inches long. I contacted the owner and she refused to fix it until I gave her a bad review on Facebook, that got her attention. She was rude and extremely unprofessional even then. She said she'd only "fix" it if I took the review down. Well, because of her unprofessionalism I did not and she replied with a very passive aggressive response. Don't waste your money here, take it where there are real professionals and real talent. Although this was a while back I decided to write a review now because my hair is still trying to recover from all the damage.

This salon is trendy and clean. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I've been a client for a year, every 5 weeks, and love it!! MacKenzie cuts and color treats my hair. I've never had a bad color or cut from her and always get asked who does my hair. Since this place is such a great place, it can become congested with lots of people and activity, but you have to expect that in one of the best salons in Wichita.

i hated it.i never go back to that saloni am very disappointed..😅😅😅I had my first ever relaxing treatment at this Saloon(Olivia),i was very excited but that didn't last long, i lost all the relaxing with in 2 days after my first hair wash. when i called and complained they asked me to come and have it done 2nd time, so i went and they finished it in a real hurry(Olivia again) and they didn't do it well, as a result my hair became very frizzy and damaged. I called them and complained again so they agreed to do the hair repair treatment for free. So next time i went there a little late for my appointment (with my 10 month old son 25 min drive) they kept us waiting for 35 mins only to tell that i was late and they cannot do it for free and i have to pay and that was the owner of the salon who said. That was very unfair and i was horribly disappointed 😔.

Every time we go in for our appointments we are greeted and made to feel wonderfully welcome. My family all go to ABLS and love it. Thank you Bri for operating a salon that treat the customers so well. All of you are top notch!
