Working at ABASS has been an immensely positive experience for me, both personally and professionally. I have received excellent training in both field and administrative work. ABA Support Services helped me to become a certified RBT and to be confident in myself in this role. My direct supervisors have all been great, and on a broader level, the passion for helping and for lifting up children and families within the Autism community which is the driving force of the ABASS leadership is unyielding and ever-apparent as I continue to show up for work each day. In the field, I was able to see how impactful the work we do turns out to be, and I'm grateful for all the families I've had the pleasure to work with while a part of ABASS. In the office, I was able to see that the passion driving the leadership of this organization is pervasive; most everyone I've worked with in this organization is palpably committed to the children and the families we serve, and to doing everything in their power to improve the lives of these folks while providing their services. I am a current employee, so I am biased to a point, but my experience with ABASS has been so overwhelmingly positive, and I know I'm by far not the only one.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They said they could help my family and my son with his behavior.well 6 months later watching them ask him what a picture was my son is worse then before with no relief in sight.

Then they refuse to come back because they saw a flea.1 flea I live in the woods with dogs. They made it a huge deal about needing an exterminator to come in the house and certify it clear. When I told them I treat my dogs myself and they were getting treated I was met with such disrespect I told them not to come back

Worst agency period. Save yourself time and energy and money this place has 0 clue as to help children with behavioral problems.
