  We have used this company a few times now, and will continue to use them in the future as needed. They are prompt, courteous, and their prices are very fair. The young man that performed the service was knowledgeable and very helpful in advising us how to maintain our current garage door.

  Derik Sands arrived on time and soon after his arrival it was apparent he was the best solution for all garage door service, installation and value. Dave assessed and explained in detail the reasons my door was not functional properly. He not only repaired the door, he offered an additional, inexpensive repair that would reduce the likelihood of another similar service call. He educated me in how to troubleshoot minor repairs so I would not be needing him in the near future. A true professional, with a lifelong legacy of success and care for his customers.   I had the best experience with this company. They were able to come out within a couple hours of me calling them on a Saturday. The young man they sent was such a nice guy. He took the time to explain my issue and then, instead if leaving right away, he went ahead and did a few other maintenance items that I didn't even know to request.

  Got several estimates to replace a broken spring on our old, heavy, wooden garage door. A few told us we'd need to replace the garage door (non-starter); others provided a menu of confusing options, hid labor costs, and piled on unnecessary services. Called AA and got a straightforward quote that was cheaper than all the rest. Josh arrived earlier than scheduled (which was great), and while getting started told me he'd need to swap out the old drums, which meant they'd need to replace 2 springs, not 3--which meant we'd need to pay *less.* Never have I ever been down-sold by a contractor. He was done in less than an hour, for a price at least 1/2 of other estimates. Bravo.

  They had one guy come out to remove the old garage door and install a new one. One guy. One trim piece was missing but was told it would be installed within a couple days to a week. When he left, there was a mess of metal and shavings on the floor, and sprayed oil above the springs. See photos.
  
  Another guy came out today and put trim on the right side, paying no attention to how the trim was done on the left side. So if you have OCD, or just like things to look professionally done, it looks like the trim piece was slapped on there hastily, in my opinion. See photo.
  
  When I mentioned to the guy that indents could’ve been prevented from their vice grips by putting either foam or carboard behind their tool, I was told that the foam or cardboard would just get dirty.
  
  To help prevent the oil from being on the wall, they could’ve put cardboard or plastic up before spraying the oil.
  
  The metal shavings/pieces could’ve been swept up easily.
