There was only one worker managing 5 sets of people for over 2 hours while my daughter and I sat waiting for our turn. We had to wait until the 2nd worker got there to purchase a Sim card and activate prepaid service. In all we were there 3 hours for what should have taken and hour at most. It is not the fault of the staff, it is lack of help to support the current staff. They're hiring!

Great experience at this location. I had to wait for a few minutes as the store was pretty busy, but when the associate got to me he gave me the best service I have ever received. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
