There was a lot of people waiting for help. Only 2 employees present at the time. I felt bad the 2 employees were doing there best. I was only there to buy an accessory and the female employee Heather did her best trying to get me out while was helping a lady buy a phone. The reason I felt bad I was in earlier but couldn’t wait because I had another appointment, when I came back Heather ( female employee) knew what I wanted so she tried to help me while she was helping someone else, however the other clients didn’t know I was in before. I just felt all the people were waiting to long.

My husband lost his IPhone in Grand Lake this afternoon. We went to Grove store and George and Trey were on duty. Even having to work with the COVID restrictions, they were so courteous and eager to help us as soon as possible. Trey patiently stayed with us while we called to file a replacement claim and took extra time to outfit my husband with an otter box and other accessories he would need when the phone was brought to us. Trey was so pleasant and professional during the whole process 👍👏

I do not change phone as I don’t like the trouble and stress that comes with it. I stopped in at AT&T at the Grove location and was helped by Trey. I am writing this review on my new phone!!! Trey was patient, detailed and very calm. He set my phone up, put the screen protector on it and the case. He talked about the charger and explained the differences. He went through how to use my phone. I sincerely appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond.

I ordered a cell phone recently from the manufacturer. Upon arrival I immediately went in to AT&T in Grove Oklahoma. A young girl by the name of Heather met me at the front door and asked me if I needed help. I told her that I had ordered this phone that I needed to set it up and she told me that that was no problem at all and that she could help me. There wasn't anything that she couldn't answer that I asked her. She is a very lovely young woman. If you have any concerns with your cell phone or with AT&T please go and see Heather at the AT&T store in Grove Oklahoma. She's the best.

Horrible customer relation. I wanted to downgrade from iPhone to Flip phone. I asked if I could transfer my 300 contacts. Yes, buy this flip phone and I will do it for you. I bought the flip phone and it did not work. Thank you for trying. To return the phone is a $45 restocking fee. Can you please wave the $45, I have not touch the phone yet? Manager comes and tells the salesman "tell him no". She did not give me eye contact, nor talked to me. You can only talk to the manager through a salesman, even if she is 4 feet from you. Poor policies, poor service.

I would give a zero star if I could. They lie about contracts, raise price without warning. You can talk to 2 different people in the same day and hear different stories. I was told one thing about my account and the next time I call told something different. they don't care about serving their customers.

Apparently only two sales clerks, the only one in the store the 3 times I've been in there has a very flat affect, completely emotionless face and monotone voice. Not knowledgeable about phones. And quick each time to say she couldn't help me before ever logging into my account or trying to help me. I expected to be greater with a smile and positive attitude and answers to basic questions like "what is the difference in these phones?" VERY disappointed.

I have been w.AT&T many, many years - Like over 30 (AT&T calling credit card, before cell phones). I have hung on and hung on to AT&T, the longer I keep AT&T the worse things get. In January I will be losing my AT&T cell phone and my AT&T U-verse. JOIN VERIZON and SUDDENLINK!!!
