I cannot understand why theaters cannot offer reasonably priced snacks. Healthy would be nice too but that is probably asking too much. I went to a matinee and the ticket was $6.09, which is great. I then went to the concession stand only to find out the smallest popcorn was way to big for a small child and COST MORE THAN THE MOVIE TICKET at $8. I asked them if they had a child size. I was told in order to get a child size popcorn, I would have to buy the combo which includes a soda (and probably cost $8, I do not know because I didn't get it or ask). We didn't need a soda! Why so customer difficult? I do not go to the theater much any longer and this is why.

I had a nice time at the theater. I went for a matinee. Ticket purchase was easy. We were able to bypass the line and go directly to the kiosk to purchase tickets using a credit card. I'm not sure why more people don't do that because we were in and out while there were about 30 people on the line waiting to go to the cashier

The theater itself was clean. We were able to get good seats because the theater was almost empty. We enjoyed the movie

Also the rest rooms were clean which is always important

Nice and big theater. Seemed to be pretty clean. They didn't have reclining seats. The people working there were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Went to a showing of Black Panther this afternoon, 3/4. Arrived an hour before the film to ensure good seats. Once the theatre emptied out from the earlier film, we went into the theatre. We were asked by a staff member to wait outside so they could clean. No problem. We went back out and waited. After the cleaning had finished the staff admitted a line of about 80 people waitng near the bathroom into the theatre. Not once did any staff member inform us of a line. Unacceptable

On Tuesdays the price is supposed to be $5.00 if you have a Premier card. I was charged full price. What they don't tell you is that you must sign up for it. To spite having a paid gold membership which I have. Shouldn't it be in the system? I've never had to register for any other discount. Aside from that annoying part. AMC is a good theater chain.

Always good, big screens and great sound quality. The best amc around us in Morris county. Maybe the latest one amongst the rest in the area. Visiting since 5 years.

AMC is a nice clean theater it's with I like that. You can see the whole theater from either side. They have an arcade for you gamers. Concession stand serves you basic movie snacks. Drink station for those who want Fanta, Minute Maid etc. All in all a nice theater.

Multiple movie theaters with great access to parking. They recently started offering assigned seating which cuts down on standing in line. I have always had trouble with their 3D moviesthey just don't seem to align correctly. The menu was recently updated and the food is good.

The two screens that have excellent projection are #15 and #6 as they can do 4k 2d. The imax also has great projection and proper masking and the loudest of the screens. You can also feel the sound bleeding from the screens..I bet it's gonna get worse when the Dolby cinema opens next month

Nice little 10-plex in the Rockaway Mall. Small theatres with great sound..great to watch movies in 3D and IMAX. The newer the movie, the more crowded it is. For the more popular movies, they put them in 2-3 theatres at different times. Get there early! Waaaaay overpriced snack bar, just like every other theatre. There's a 5 Below a 3 minute walk away to stock up on goodies & candy to bring in discreetly..(bring your big purse!)Good selection of up-to-date movies.

We've been to this theater a few dozen times. We come here even though it is not the closest theater. The sound and image in standard, 3-D and Imax are superior to that of the closer theaters. Seats are comfortable and the whole place is relatively clean and in good shape

The last time I went was my second time and it was to see the live action "Beauty and The Beast" in IMAX 3D. We bought our tickets online and were able to go straight to the ticket taker. We were not in line long to get into the theater, and we were able to get nice center seats. The staff was friendly enough, but you could tell they were stern too, which I feel is to be expected at a movie theater, especially when dealing with a young person. The prices are moderate and decent, considering it is a movie theater. Didn't have snacks this time, so I can't speak on that. Overall good experience.

AMC Rockaway is a great local movie theater. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean. It can get pretty crowded, but the staff does a good job at managing. The new-self serve kiosks are convenient, but I wish there were more like a few years back, the ticket line can get long now. Tickets can get expensive, but that is true of any AMC. The AMC Stubs rewards program is worth it for frequent moviegoers, staff do not talk about this program often.

AMC 16 is a very good theater. And that is the average among theaters I have been to. So average is very good. I go to this theater every time I am in town. I like that they have kiosks where I can get my ticket when I walk in.

I've been going to this theater since it opened when i was about 14. I can say that they try to please their guests and make your viewing experience the best that they can. They make it easy for you to exchange tickets for different times, and now with the ticket buying kiosks the lines move a lot more quickly.

Theater has gotten a little funky lately. There's usually a BO odor when you get to your seat and the seats need to be Stanley Steamed. This has to come from management. When you pay the money you do and accept getting fleeced for the snacks, the least you can do is maintain the cleanliness of the seats. There's a black spot where your head go's "gross".
I like the location and it's fine from the lobby to the bathrooms, just need to up the most important part of the movie experience, THE SEATS.
