last time i went there, I wanted to get something to drink. the guys at the register were too slow. it took one of them 8 minutes to help one customer. Then when I got a coke, they didn't were out of the small lead for the cup! when I went to the salon that was showing the movie, someone was taking my seat! seemed to me there were no control, not to let people go from one salon to another one!

AMC 16 is multiplex theatre where we have 16 theatres which helps to get almost every movies under one roof. The seats are regular, it would have been better if recliner was provided. Check out process is fast and hassle-free.

In an abandoned mall. 16 theatres, Theatre is good, seats need to be remodeled. Alot of parking. Great early prices.

Paid for our tickets in advance and chose good seats. Showed up at the theatre to find out we were moved to a different spot. Parking is pretty plenty. Theatre is okay (seats were kinda dirty). A little pricey for nothing fancy.

Went to see Vertigo (Fathom Events). The showing was in Theater 13 which has a silver screen for 3D presentations. The otherwise rich color and contrast were reduced to a milky gray especially in the night scenes. A very poor presentation of great film. I feel cheated.

Clean, big and we'll taken care of.
Huge parking structure, great variety of movies. The popcorn is always fresh, good candy and deals. The tickets are reasonable for the big screen, seats and good service. I enjoy coming here with friends and family.

Great special showings! Two floors of theatres and the food doesn't take too long. There is always an employee willing to help with whatever problem.

The food isn't terribly great despite the advertisements, but it is nice to get something other than normal theater popcorn!

Really big theaters with great quality projections. Good food and service as well. Been coming here since I was a kid and one of the best movie experiences ive had.

Really enjoy this movie theater. Very comfortable with wide range of movie selections. Best deal is the matinee movie. So get moving early and enjoy your show.

Really good place honestly clean decent not many people at times pretty cool so take a sweater just in case but overall great Cinemark two stories snacks on the bottom or top awesome a must go if your passing by here.

Having worked at the AMC Promenade Theatres since I was a teen, this place hasd gone down hill a bit. Firstly, the crew doesn't do a fantastic job of checking to ensure there aren't any distracting patrons (in the vein of Arclight Cinema). I understand that this may not be considered a premium movie theatre, but that doesn't mean that obnoxious behavior should be unchecked. I'll still recommend this theatre, but would love to see a better control over obnoxious patrons.

Projection is decent, concession line is always slow though. And if you like coffee be prepared to arrive earlier since they almost never have it made.

I started to come here when Pacific Theaters stopped their discount coupons. Great theater with comfortable seats and big screens. Very clean and great popcorn. The sodas are unique - self serve machines programed with dozens of choices and free refills. ICEES are also free refills.
