Okay so this was my first time at this location Over all it was a get experience The seating is somewhat weird but I understand So they assign seats when you purchase your ticket So that's like you are told where to seat and that's no fun.. The prices on the food is over the top so save a buck and pack your own The thing I did like was the comfort of the seats My son was happy and that made me okay with things

Theater is nice, but the lobby and bathrooms are NOT clean. It is always disgusting. The staff is nice, but the place is understaffed and the ticket line can be incredibly long. When asked about the fact that only one person was working at the ticket counter when the line was incredibly long (and growing) the manager was not happy with me.
This place has a lot of potential. You need more staff and cleaning crews, AMC.

Seats are great. The soda machines were almost all on empty when we were there. The first three I tried didn't even have ice. Then the next two were empty of Coke. Not the end of the world, but it certainly isn't a five-star experience. The demographics are quite varied. On one side of us was a woman who couldn't stop texting. On the other side was a couple that just reeked of pot. I'm not sure what the theater could do about those types of people, but it's what you're likely to encounter.

When in town, I choose this theater for its comfortable lounging chairs, pre-purchase setting selection, and the frequent watcher plan that allows some advantages like a quicker popcorn line. Movie selection is good because of overall theater size. If you are not a frequent movie goer or early day movie watcher your experience might be different. It can be crowded, but these perks help. We also got a special bucket that allows use to reuse for popcorn - yummy for a few people. I'm not a fan of the self-serve coke machines, but could see how many would enjoy that for its choices. Invest in the things you really enjoy, so the few extra dollars spent for these amenities has paid off again and again.

Reclining seats and reserved seating are great. The playground/zoo downstairs makes the mall crowd hard to deal with. If you value your car, belongings, or personal safety then this is not the best place to be on a Friday or Saturday night. They post police in the parking lot to keep the bad behavior to a minimum. But still, they need police presence. That says a lot.

Reclining seats. Reserved seating. Compared to others where there are reserved seating. More affordable. Lines for refreshments were long. Bar line not so long and quick service. Enjoyed it.

Literal garbage movie theatre. Staff is incompetent and incredibly rude. Very understaffed, long waits for tickets and at the concessions. Theatre is old and outdated, and completely disgusting Please save your money & time and go elsewhere.

Great theater to go to. Reserved seating so you don't have to wait in line. Also Stubs Premier members get special privileges at concessions. Love this quiet theater

The staff is great here the facilities are kept tip top. Food is amazing. And I have to say the patron are great to. Always have a wonderful experience when I visit.

This theater is clean and comfy! Has the best seats 💺 they're the big plush reclining chairs! The assigned seating also reduces the need to wait in the ticket line at the box office. Just buy ahead and they scan your phone! Very convenient! Only draw back is that the parking lot here can be a bit of a zoo!

The theater it self is pretty nice. Leather recliners and a full bar. However, my wife and I went to a movie recently. She's pregnant and cannot have any sugar at all. I asked them for a watter and they gave me a dixie cup. When I explained the situation they just coldly said "You can either take this or pay full price for a cup." I was really pretty frustrated but I paid ($4.50) for a cup and got my wife water. Honestly, it's this kind of perspective from companies that just ruins the experience.

Good alternative to other theaters in the area (Atlantic station etc). Online seat reservations, reclining seats, great screens and audio system. Beer selection at the bar was a bit lacking, and the theater lobby, bar and concession areas looked like they could have been cleaned a little better.

I come to this theater a lot, the staff running it are effective at what they do. The theaters themselves are generally kept pretty clean, and the seats allow you to adjust your level of recline which is the real reason I visit this theater more than anywhere else so often. Sometimes the lines and the front lobby in and of itself can get out of control, but it's a minor issue. Overall, great place to see that new movie you've had your eye on for awhile.

This is our go to movie theater!!!.. It's always clean.. staff is friendly.. popcorn is always consistent and warm.. but the best part is the seats.. you buy your tickets and reserve your exact seats.. I love that.. plus the seats recline and we always put our feet up and relax and enjoy our movie.. this theater is my favorite and I don't even live in the area anymore.. we still date night here.. moral of the story is I still love him and we still love this theater! Best of both worlds! Wining!!!!

Clean location with good over-all movie experience, however something needs to be done about how patrons enter the theater and get their tickets checked. When I went it was probably the post-dinner rush, but there was only one person checking tickets and plenty of people behind me who didn't want food and just wanted to see their movie so they went all the way to the right, under the stanchion, and then crossed all the way left to their theater(s). No staff member stopped them. Who knows if they even bought tickets?
