Since putting in the fancy seats, the theatre has cut back on staff and it can take an absurdly long time just to get a ticket and get in the theatre. Staying home with Netflix becomes more and more appealing.

This theater has excellent (leather) reclining seats, clean carpeted floors, and amazing screen quality. The food is a bit pricey but on par with other theaters in the area. I really enjoy that they don’t pack a ton of seats into each screening room.

The theater cleaning woman closed the seat on my cell phone causing the screen to break. She walked away quickly after realizing what she had done without apologising. Completed a report after notifying management who said I would be contacted. Still haven't heard back from them. If your phone falls in the seat make sure not to close it.

I purchased movie tickets online and was denied ability to go into a rated R movie with my child. They told me their is a policy that kids under 6 could not come in but it damn sure allowed me to spend over 50$ with them online waste my time driving to this mall and waiting hours for the movie to start. I will never go to this theater again because of the way they handled the situation. They also could have told me about the policy when I was being helped by an associate to have my tickets printed. In every way this place failed !!! I will never return and I will also tell everyone I know all my clients everyone I meet that they have extremely rude associates that allow people to waist their time.

THE COST OF THE SNACKS AND POP CORN IS OUTRAGEOUS. JUST TO EXPENSIVE !!! AS A SENIOR WITH AARP, WE SHOULD GET A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE FOR SNACKS, OR WE'RE LEFT BEING OUR OWN WATER AND SNACKS. O-WELL 🤔

I would like to let you know that your employee Sabrina went above and beyond to assist me!! My husband and I went to your theatre on Saturday night to see a movie and ended up leaving early. When I got home I realized I had left my wallet there. I called and finally got through, Sabrina answered and I informed her about my situation and she was so polite and said she would go and check to see if it was there. You were very busy and she put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and informed me that they had not found it yet but they were still looking. She said to hold on for a few more minute's and she would personally go check and see if she could locate it. She returned a few minute's later and informed me they had found it!! I was beyond thrilled and thankful she went out of her way to help look for it. I manage a Arts and Crafts store and I know how hard it is to find good help and a caring associate. Sabrina is that associate !!! And should be recognized!! Thank you so much Sabrina!!! Your Awesome!!!

Awesome theatre and seats. I actually love the ability to select our seats ahead of time. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the exorbitant price of snacks and drinks. $75.00 for candy, popcorn and soda. Ridiculous. Definitely pays to smuggle your own here. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were helpful.
