For the cost of a ticket you would think they would do a little more updating. Love that you walk into the theater and get to choose from a variety of different seating options because why buy the same type of chairs when replacing seating.

The excitement of enjoying a long-anticipated movie in the theater is crushed by the lack of professionalism, cleanliness and quality of the equipment (seating, screen, sound, etc.) It's unfortunate that I find myself waiting for the release online rather than putting money into the community because of my interest in the movie being overshadowed by the overall experience. AMC - DO SOMETHING! It is now giving you a bad reputation also, being that it is your name attached.

This theater has been here since the dawn of time. It is run down and the staff is mostly seen goofing off at the front. Since AMC has taken over it has really not changed. So if you enjoy the bare minimum of watching a movie then your good. Don't expect anything luxurious here.

Sound is distorted thanks to outdated blown speakers,seats are really small, lights are really dim to see where you are walking if you have to use the facilites, and bathrooms are disgusting.actually the whole place is disgusting since it smells like throw up in the entire place. So far the only thing they've updated is their fountain drink dispenser. That's not worth me spending almost $20 a person to watch a movie.

There was popcorn all over the floor, and the lights on the floor are so dim I couldn't even see where I was walking when walking into the theater. Also the bathrooms smell horrible and are always dirty. Over all clairion is way nicer.

Please spend some money and update the place AND/OR fix the heat. Winter is coming and I'm not sitting through a movie in the freezing cold.
Definitely missing regal theatres in Harrisburg.

Uncomfortable. Dirty. Cold. Distorted sound. We stopped going here. If we're going to spend good money on a movie, we drive the few extra miles to State College and enjoy the evening.

The staff at this theater is a joke. In my experience this afternoon, i spent an hour trying to find showtimes not listed anywhere online. After finally calling the theater, and finding out the showtimes, turns out their incompetent staff gave me the wrong times! So i ended up waiting an extra 3 hours to see my movie. Only to finally get to the movie, sit down, and have the lights left on for the first 10 minutes of the trailers. After finally going to notify the staff, the brat teenager working the counter seemed irritated that i interrupted her gossip session with her local friend, to actually make her work for her paycheck by walking 12 feet to hit a light switch. I sincerely hope the owner finds this, reads it, and addresses the appalling behavior of his staff. No ship sails with a crew that doesn't respect their posts.

It is a great theater that is not to far from my house and it has really good drinks and popcorn. The only complaint I have is that I think there are too many previews before the movies so that's why I am not giving it 5 stars.

I enjoyed this theater, the staff seemed underhanded at times and overstaffed at others. I also enjoyed the urinal that sprayed water everywhere. And they even let me bring my dog !

great, i love this theater! the only reason why it gets a 4 star is because they don't play certain movies..and to the other people that comment.. almost all movie theaters are dirty that's just because people are disrespectful and the people that work there cant help it that there are annoying kids.. that's just how the world is..
