Van was defective after 1 day of driving, dangerously so. Called Vicki, and after two days of taking her van to mechanics and renting other vehicles locally to continue on our scheduled tours, we still didn't have a safe van to drive back home. We worked hard to resolve with Vicki to get reimbursed for all the days we couldn't travel safely in Van, but only got reimbursed 4 out of the 8 days. She seemed more concerned about us getting her van to mechanics, which didn't resolve the rocking dangerously on interstates and hilly Pocono roads, then the safely of her renters. We ended up having to rent at premium rates 2 vehicles to travel safely back home, for 8 people and luggage for a week. After the van was back in the hands of Vicki she told us the front struts were going to be replaced. We will never go to or recommend this business again.

RV was not very clean and returning the unit was a horrible experience!!!! If you rent you better READ your agreement before signing, get extra insurance and take before and after pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER, WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Tried to cancel 3 days prior to needing it and they nailed me for a $100 fee. These terms were never disclosed on the phone!
