We paid Home Depot and for reasons no one can possibly fathom they chose THIS supplier.

The counter tops are two MONTHS late and counting. It's Formica people. We aren't asking you to hone stone off a mountain by goat. FORMICA! Formica with a normal Home Depot edge. Nothing fancy.

We paid for professional measurement. It was wrong. Way wrong. We wouldn't have even been able to use our appliances. The installer just shook his head.

When they do deliver - a delivery we PAID for - they expect the homeowner to help carry it off the truck and install it. Why did I pay for installation if this is a DIY job?

We have been rescheduled at least four times (and counting).

We are still waiting. It's so bad that Home Depot is already providing the counter tops for FREE. So consider that angle if you too have had your kitchen project stalled for months.

Not sure where to start. The countertops we paid them to measure for were too big so the installer decided to beat them in with a 2x4 and a hammer. In the process of them trying to get the countertops in they damaged both of my side cabinets, my crown molding, and my ceiling. Countertops are not installed correctly and they used two different colors of caulk to hide it. Back splash was supposed to be seperated and came attached causing us to not be able to reinstall a cabinet. Fighting with Lowes now to get everything fixed and compensated for this disaster. Sad thing is when you buy from lowes or home depot they dont make it a point to tell you who their subcontractors are. Ask, and if its this company DO NOT let them in your home. I havent even explained all of the mess they made but you get my point.

This place is an absolute joke, do not waste your time with them or your money. The installers don't have a clue about anything and they damaged my countertop while putting it in and damaged my sink. they do not return phone calls. This company SUCKS!! so much more I can write but I think you get the point.

One star is generous.
I would recommend to Home Depot to do an audit of all their third party vendors they deal with and research into replacing if not improved upon. So far we have had terrible experiences with either the product or install of something we bought from them.

My wife and I paid for measurements to be done for our new kitchen. As other people reviewed, the "professional" came out to measure and when the counter-tops finally were delivered, the measurements were short. Large gap in between our oven and refrigerator. I figured I would try to reach out to customer service since they did the measuring and figured they'd send another piece out (which wouldn't cost them much because the material is crap). That wasn't the case - after going back and forth through email with customer service, they informed me they only measure to fit the cabinets and not the gaps in-between spaces. WHAT! What is the point of measuring then.

Anyway.. If you want to call them customer service - They responded with: "When we do measure for counter tops we measure the cabinets and not the gaps in between the appliances. The measurements were signed off by you at the time, and there is nothing that I can do more for you" and then informed me to reach out to Home Depot. Yes I signed off because I wanted counter tops and when I pay someone to do their job, I expect the job to be done correctly.

Stay far away - DO NOT DO BUSINESS through this company.

ordered counter tops in may 2016 THEY JUST FINISHED THE INSTALL JAN 15, 2017. They have been to my house 7 times twice sending people without the proper material to do the work. They blew me off at least once. The measurements on the counter tops were off and the edge on the counter top was not accurate on a pass through that we have. When you call it feels like they will say whatever they need to say to get you off the phone without any actual intention of doing anything. They are completely unorganized company the left hand had no clue what the right hand is doing. I will NEVER use this company or the Home Depot for anything like this again. This is literally the worst experience that I have ever had with any company hands down.
