I went there to get new passport photos. I was helped by a woman who was new. I can not say enough about her, she was great and I wish her the best. However, her supervisor never even put a smile on her face once. She apparently is not the person for the job she holds. I felt she was abrupt and put out with having to help her new employee.

Our office meeting with Rickey Broude to renew our Home/Auto Insurance was a very pleasant experience. We wanted to add a 1 Million Dollar Umbrella to supplement our insurance, and Rickey helped us complete this request in his usual thorough and professional manner. None of us really likes to pay for insurance, and really hope never to use it, but since it's one of life's necessities, we would recommend AAA in Port Charlotte to anyone who is looking for good coverage at a reasonable price.

Went to Pt Charlotte AAA to buy tickets to Lego Land at the best price I found after a lot of research. Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that they were temporarily out of the seniors priced tickets. I went ahead and bought the 2 adult and 3 children tickets I needed and called several times over the next 10 days. At that point they had received the OK to sell more senior priced tickets. I bought them and was very happy.

We are in the process of purchasing a home in FL and our mortgage broker suggested AAA and put us in touch with Amanda Bishop. She was positively outstanding! Although I worked for an insurance company in P&C for over 36 years, my knowledge of the latest insurance regulations in FL are non-existent. Amanda was very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful in explaining everything - even putting me in touch with the correct people at the County to get an Elevation Certificate. Unfortunately, I found out after Amanda had spent quite some time on our quote that our current carrier would cover us in FL and the quote was much less than the quote Amanda was able to provide. I would not hesitate to recommend AAA - and especially Amanda - to anyone else.
