I really would like to commend how honest this place is. They don't try and upsell you things you don't need, and they even went as far to tell me that my car had a few major recalls that saved me thousands! He could have been dishonest and charged me the money, but advised me to go to the dealership. I'll be back soon since I need other things done still. Thank you!!

I have to say, I don't know too many people that have had any difficulties by taking a vehicle to Shorty's. I for one have found Ron extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and always a gentleman. Don even came out of his way to very carefully and effectively, get my keys out of my locked car- without a scratch- I might add. The other gentleman, and yes I believe his name is Pat, has always been willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it is that needs to be done. Which leads to my next statement: maybe the men working in the garage on old/ greasy cars are dirty because they actually get in there and do the work that needs to get done, without regard to looking pretty! I think that if the person would have mentioned it, the technician responsible would have been very apologetic and he would have detailed her seat to get grease off of it.

I have always found their prices to be fair and so have the four (4) other people that I have sent to Shorty's to get their vehicles check and repaired. Something else you might want to remember -you're not just getting some guy down the street who likes to fix cars in his garage, you are getting an A.S.E. certified technician. And one more very important thing. In the last 6 and a half years that I have stopped by the shop, at any given time or day, I have never, I mean NEVER seen anyone who is actually working on a car drinking any alcoholic beverages. I don't have any reason to take my vehicles anywhere else.
