  I was referred to Josh by a friend of mine. He was quick and professional covering my home and auto insurance needs. Since then I did have to file a claim through my insurance company. Margaret at A to Z in Williamsport helped me through the process and making sure I could get a great rate on my new vehicle. Highly recommend Josh and his team at A to Z Insurance!

  Having just recently moved and purchasing my 1st home I was looking to save money and lower my insurance bill. I went on line and shopped around. I requested some information from Erie and within minutes I received a text from Josh. We met the very next afternoon and went over all of my paperwork and Josh explained every detail to me. What I like about Josh is he is honest and he doesn't try to talk you in to anything that you don't want or need. He's not in this business for himself, he's in it for the customers and that's hard to find anymore. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking to get insurance or if you want to switch companys. Just give him a call and you will see for yourself. He truly is an amazing person.

  Josh and A to Z Insurance have always responded rapidly to our phone calls and emails. When my van got rear ended last year, Josh responded immediately when I called about the accident. His first question was if I was OK. I received a call back within a couple hours to get set up with the claims adjuster, and everything was resolved and our check for the damage was received within just a couple days.We carry several policies with Erie, and the rates have been great. When we have had policy questions and changes, we have heard back within the next business day. Our experience with A to Z Insurance has been very good.

  I would recommend Josh at A to Z Insurance for all your business and personal insurance needs. I have been using this company for Real Estate brokerage insurance needs. Professional and promote service. I highly recommend Josh and his company.

  Josh, I think you are the agency's biggest asset. I realize Everyone is differentbut the big thing I like about you is that you appear to be very real, and forthcoming. You share about your personal experiences (even on the website), which is very refreshing in this day in age when we deal with a customer service reps at some remote location, in many of our consumer experiences. You are very prompt when I issue a requestand also very informative when I have questions to ask. I would highly recommend you!

  I have tried several insurance companies, both online and through an agency, and I have never found one as excellent as A to Z insurance Services. They are not only helpful, but very honest and forthcoming on information regarding their insurances and how it benefits you. They always keep their clients up to date and keep your best interests in mind. Exceptional Service!!
