We walked in there and they were fairly unbusy. They were doing one pedicure and two nails so we knew there was a wait. We went in to get one eyebrow done and sat down patiently. As we were waiting two women walked in and loudly asked for pedicures and were taken back immediately. We left after that. They have no sense of time management or how to treat the customers who have waited their turn.

Very poor (nail) services. Eyebrow service was awesome! I have NEVER HAD my nail polish chip off the same day. All services not performed at Mani/Pedi (or atleast what Im used to). First and last visit there!! I was there for over 2.5 hours. Sat with my feet in water for an 1.5 of that time.unreal! Id give them a '0' if I could.

They did tips and a pedi. A pedi was a waste of my time. I'll be going back to lewes at top nails for a pedicure for now on. The tips however lasted longer than any other time I received them. However she made my one nail so uneven on my thumb that the one broke where it was so thin.

First time there(been yr since has nails done) and I was pressed for time..They were able to get my nails and color done in a timely manner. Very friendly. Price was 40$ only thing I didn't like🌸all gel polishes now!!💅👍

Very clean and professional on the service that they provide to me. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and my nails last forever, I usually go every three weeks instead of two sometimes I can wait four weeks, I never experienced any attitude of such they are nice. I will continue to do business with them.

I waited 20 mins just to leave. He took me back, I told Him I wanted coffin shaped nails. He then begins to cut the sides, told him that coffin was more square then that so he says he knows. He then starts putting acyrilic on them. I stopped Him and said I am gonna stop you now I don't like the shape. He started taking the tips off and acrylic off. 2 of my nails still have acyrilic on them and he grinded on my nails. He was mad and was doing it so rough. Tells me to wash my hands and leave. Not ok to talk you ppl like that or treat them that way. I will never ever go back and I will never tell anyone to go to them. I will go back to my nail tech and never try to go anywhere else.

Waited 1 hour to get my eyebrows waxed, the tech took three people back while I waited, finally I just left. The place is clean but the customer service sucks, sorry I won't be returning

I love A&R Nails! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone does a fantastic job and the salon is very clean! Prices are reasonable and I am always relaxed when I leave! If you have already, check this place out. I promise that it will be your new favorite.
