I cannot express how grateful I am to have been a part of CFG and met Tony and Karen. The year I spent with them literally changed my life. I came to CFG after getting some bad health news. I knew I had to make some changes, but I didn't know what. I began training with Karen and the changes in me both physically and mentally were huge. I have spent most of my wishing I could be active, and devaluing the body I had. After working with Tony, Karen, and just as importantly, the community at CFG, I can now say proudly that I am an athlete. I am amazed at things I can do with my body, and I value what I put into it. On top of it, that my health problems have cleared up. Although I'm not in Alabama anymore, Tony and Karen continue to be advocates for my health, and push me to train better and smarter (not harder.)

This is an amazingly supportive and motivating gym. The owners really know what they're doing, and are great trainers, giving you enough feedback to make sure you're not going to hurt yourself, and tailoring workouts to your skill/health level.
