It's been awhile since I've been here, but I remember the last time I went I asked for rounded tips, and the guy refused. He told me "no you want square tips because square is sexy" um ok? I'm still looking to get rounded tips and thinking I'll be going somewhere else

Ive always gone there as a kid and loved it i am a regular there and go there all the time staff are wonderful and dont have to wait for service and it is very low priced

I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is wonderful, and I rarely have to wait for service. They truly go the extra mile to make sure that you have a wonderful time.

I will not be going back. Not only did the man doing my nails cut me twice (with his own nails so this is twice as gross) but he stopped the service FOUR times to pull out his phone and text for several minutes. On addition to these things I am a Cosmetology student and recognized several sanitation violations that could lead to infection, such as they were NOT cleaning their tools in between customers and were keeping them in drawers that had money in them and in Altoid tins and not federally approved container. As for their customer service, they were having a busier day and got me right in. What I didn't like was that I was moved multiple times to different stations and even through the original woman I talked to wrote down the polish I had selected I had to tell several more people before actually getting the one I had asked for. I honestly should have gotten up and left when I noticed these things and wish I had since those cuts are red and inflamed, which is not enjoyable when I am trying to work. And if you are thinking "its just one of those angry customers who is never happy with the service" this is the first review I have written and I have gotten plenty of bad services. This in itself should say enough about this place.

Well the price was regular I got fake ones so it was around 25 (w/o tip) and took about an hour the color I chose took forever to dry! And immediatly messed up so I had to wait a while. Two of my nails were uneven though making it look sloppy they weren't horrid and I even played a hockey game in them an hour later! However by the two week mark they were falling off super fast! I tend to like mine to stick for a month or more

Amazing work done here! And so many different things you can get done! Way more than just a mani/pedi/acrylic nail place! The sky is the limit here! Amazing friendly staff, beautiful clean.

The service was great, nice people. My problem that i seem to find with a lot of nail salons near here is they don't clean their utensils after each client. They also grind too much nail off, more than needed. I've also had one person when they asked for my money before we were done, i only handed them exact change and so when they were grinding down my nail they seemed to be more aggressive and cut my finger a few times. Thats only happened once, now i only pay when they are done. It seems fishy to pay before

I came to Princess after a NIGHTMARE experience at Foxy Nails. The nail tech was friendly and talkative while still doing a great job fixing what remained of my nails. Another tech even helped fix my friend's full set for free since she had gotten a horror job at Foxy Nails. They are a little on the pricey side but given the positive experience I had I will definitely be returning.
