Called for service on my 5 month old lawn tractor. They told me that I need to have it there in the next 10 days so that the could look at in roughly 4 weeks.

Either they are very slow or need help either way I will not use them.

They will gladly sell you equipment that doesn’t work very well and isn’t suited for what you are doing! They sold me a Billy Goat Lawn Vac. Now I find out from the manufacture it is not a lawn vac at all and was made for cleaning parking lots!!! That is why it doesn’t shred leaves very well.

They don’t know enough about the equipment that they sell. The owner showed me how to use it, and take the bag off and on. He did not put it back on correctly. So when we were going to first use it, it would not start. I had to bring it all the way back to their store because he had no idea there is a safety switch on the bag. So if it broke down, this guy would be fixing it???

I also purchased a blower at the same time that did not work properly. They owe me $4,200 They are VERY SHADY!

A small owner operated shop like the good old fashioned hardware stores sadly you can't find anymore. Todd the owner who's friendly, honest & helpful offers good service, selection, and knows the equipment he sells, just like his parents did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find he has competitive pricing with the box chains which incidentally offer nothing in my opinion except the machine you are going to buy, if it's in stock. I also shopped some other lawn equipment shops nearby and would recommend his as the best. Check them out for rentals to, they helped me out when no one else had the machine I needed.

These guys are great. They fixed my pressure washer and took the time to explain how to care for it properly. I also bought a chainsaw from them. Their price was less than home depot and took the time to show me how to use it. If you need service or are in the market for a lawnmower,chainsaw or snowblower you can skip home depot and menards. This is the place to go.
