The work performed on a window leak problem was done professionally, on-time, and of very high quality with outstanding results. I cannot say enough good things about the work performance. Great work. Very Highly Recommended.

Prior to this effort I had 2 other contractors over to investigate the issue. They did minimal testing or analysis which resulted in inconclusive results.

My husband and I met Peter in 2007 when we were purchasing our first home together, and there’s a reason why, 14 years later, he was the only inspector we wanted to take a look at our new home purchase again. He is thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and responsive. His detailed reports with photos and color coding are easy to read and digest. Peter was very professional when he inspected my home. He was able to locate the source of water infiltrating my home from the roof area (2 roofing companies had been unsuccessful). He explained every step of his inspection in layman's terms. Scheduling and communicating was easy and Peter always kept me informed.
