  Do not go to this dentist, the lady at the front desk is rude! The dentist makes inappropriate comments! Go at your own risk!!!b these are probably not real reviews from others!!!

  This office is wonderful. They're professional, personable, and engaged in their patient's treatment and overall appointment experience. Getting an appointment is not difficult as scheduling is easy and accommodating. I've definitely been impressed and have nothing but positive experiences.

  I can’t speak highly enough of A Brilliant Smile. They gave me a smile I can finally be proud of, and that feels amazing to say. These people are great at their job but just as importantly, they are great with people. They remember their clients by name and I feel like I’m being cared for by family when I’m there. They truly want the best for my dental well-being. They have my trust and my loyalty, and I’d recommend them happily and with confidence to anyone in search of a great dental practice.   I went to these guys about 5 years ago before I moved out of state and loved everything about them from their immaculate office to their responsive & friendly staff to their level of transparency and skilled & professional dentistry. Moving back I attempted to see another dentist closer to my place in downtown Chicago but had a very one star experience like I've had with other dental experiences earlier in my life. I knew I had to call A Brilliant Smile again and just make the journey out to Oak Park (which was only 20 min by uber from downtown or if you hop on the green line and take it straight to Harlem & Lake it's really not that bad at all plus the area is super cute with restaurants and shopping). My experience was stellar! Easy, no fuss, got the services I needed, insurance was a breeze, and now actually excited to go back to the dentist! I'm trying to get my coworkers to come see them and just highly recommend them to anybody needing a really great dentist.

  I have twins they’re 5 now and I’ve been taking them to this office since they were 2. Today Liz took their first xrays! I was a bit nervous but they did great, they take time to get the kids comfortable. It’s always a good experience for the kids to go where they take the time to remember your name. Thank you to Dr. Raihle and his staff again! If they ask who sent you say my name ❤️
