Customer service is non-existent but service is also lousy. My furnace needed priming as well as delivery of oil, both of which I was happy to pay for-in advance. The technician acted like he attempted to prime the furnace then decided 'it needs to be serviced'. My plumber arrived later that evening to prime the furnace to discover the oil line had been left open (cap off) by the technician from A&B. All 125 gallons of oil I had just purchased were all over the floor of my cellar. I can waste my money on my own. I contacted A&B immediately, and they claimed to be sending a technician or the owner to my home to follow up and see what the problem was. I waited from 8am - 12 noon and received no call back or follow up. I reached out to the main number again and left several messages for the owner. No response; no return call; no refund; nothing. I can personally endorse Brown Oil for those interested in service, with a smile, as well as awesome technicians that know what they're doing and are even efficient about it. Since my furnace was serviced by Brown Oil, it is so much more efficient and my home is cozy and warm. Stay away from A&B Oil.
Poor customer service from drivers to receptionist. Driver was outside for one minute and could not understand what he was there to do and took off. When calling receptionist to see what the issue was as he was just supposed to prime and do oil delivery she said he would be back out tomorrow. Asked her why a call was not given as numbers are taken at time of payment and she said they would just cancel! Receptionist is trash and there are plenty others in area who will be getting my business moving forward
I was not paying attention and my tank ran dry right before one of our last storms. Even though they were crazy busy and I was last minute, they made a delivery for me by the time I got home from work the next day and I was "Warm in the Storm"!
Thanks A&B!
Was calling since yesterday morning 1/3/18 needed emergency oil before snow started I'm a loyal customer who use your service all the time well not no more you guys have been rude for the two yrs now your customer service really sucks whoever answer that phone on 1/4/18 learn some manners to talk to people. And for your information your voicemail was full don't know when you empty but it wasn't when I call three times. You lost a loyal customer!!!!
Cold cold cold! Never expected to be cold today. Calculated the amount of oil that was needed and it should of lasted until January 2nd at the very least. The cold days(below 10 degrees) had the furnace working overtime. It ran out in the middle of the night very unexpectedly. Well still have 12-14 hours before oil gets here to keep my dear family warm not to mention the 3-5 hours it takes to warm the house through once the heat is on. Space heaters just aren't enough for this over 115 yr old house. Hopefully it doesn't freeze and cause more issues than just being cold. We were left out in the cold. Money or planning wasn't the issue here. We planned on refueling the tank before the 2nd and was going to call today for a 100 gallon refill to be delivered on Monday the 1st. Maybe I am just upset because I am cold and my child is too. Anyway all the oil companies are like this. This is a cold climate so why are there no 24/7 deliveries? Will be switching to gas heat very soon.
