I had to get a car key replaced. They saved me money because they came out to my car instead of me needing to tow it to the dealership. They were fast and professional. I called at 8:30 they were at my car by 10 and I was handed new keys by 10:10. Absolutely amazing service!

Called at 830 saturday morning after locking ourselves out and the owner answered immediately even though they don't open until 9. Told me he'd send someone out right away and the locksmith was here by 9:15. Extremely friendly and professional. In and out in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Doc was the best of any locksmith I have ever used!! He called when on the way, was on time and most reasonable rates. I loved how he was so helpful and patient with me and the police after such a bad break-in. This is the company to call !!!

We bought a new house in Wilmington and needed some locks re-keyed and two keypads installed. Since we were about to leave town I needed someone quickly. Called a few locksmiths and left messages with no response. Finally called A-Atlantic and talked to Doc who gave me a quote and arranged to come out the next day. When he arrived he was both friendly and helpful in explaining to me the best way to proceed to keep my costs down. Even when he came across a problem re-keying one of my locks and had to drive cross town back to the shop for the solution he maintained a great attitude and assured me it wouldn't change my cost. Once he finished and left I realized that I'd forgotten to have him install the keypad to my garage the opposite way it would normally go in. I called and he offered to either come back or talk me through it on the phone. I chose the latter and he patiently explained to me step-by-step what to do solving the problem both quickly and for free. Highly recommend these guys!

These people are incredibly helpful and will go way out of there way. I drove down to Wilmington from Virginia to drop a car off for a friend. I trailered my motorcycle behind me so I could get home. I got down Saturday night and realized I had lost my key during the trip. I had to return the trailer that night but needed it to get my bike to the lock smith shop. Wayne came and met me at the shop Saturday night after hours and told me that he would come in on Sunday, his only day off to make a key for me so that I could get home before work on Monday. Instead of telling me that they couldn't help me until Monday, Wayne came in after hours twice and helped me get back home. If you're choosing a locksmith, Choose A-Atlantic because they will treat you fairly and go above and beyond to help.

Excellent customer service and very honest!! Every other locksmith I called was going to charge me 2 to 10 times more than what A-Atlantic Coast charged me. They made my day! Great folks! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
