  I was recently helped by an associate named Tamara and I couldn't have been happier with how helpful and polite she was. She was professional, polite, kind and extremely diligent. She emailed and called me multiple times to make sure that my transaction went through as fast and as easily as possible. I will definitely be calling her and only her for all of my insurance needs. if you are able, ask for Tamara. She went above and beyond.

  I purchased a vehicle out of state, and was challenged when it came to insuring the vehicle. Tracy was more than amazing, she was very patient and understanding. Tracy D. had all of the information available, for immediate response. Tracy, I owe youyou took a different stance than others haveyou are a true asset to the company. I should hope they treat you as well as you treat their customers!

  Just want to say thank you to a-affordable and their wonderful employees. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy who went above and beyond to ease my worry. It’s a scary thing to find out your driving without insurance. She went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful. She stayed past closing hours and walked me through every step. It takes a special kind of person with that kind of compassion to help another person the way she did me.   I spoke with Holly today and she was a great with helping me resolve an issue and got me a much better rate than what I was quoted from another company. She answered all my questions and helped me get the best possible rate for my vehicle. I highly recommend her.

  Audrey was fantastic, she knows her job without a doubt!
  She was incredibly helpful and kind, she was so patient with me as i hung up on her by mistake 3x. She just rang my phone back without skipping a beat. The world would be a much better place if we had a lot more people like her. She saved me SO MUCH $$$!

  I've been with A-Affordable for over a decade and most times receive good service. After a painfully long, confusing, trust questioning experience on the phone with the call center, I stopped into the Leominster office to try to take care of my unmet needs. Within the first couple minutes of speaking with their associate Amber, my faith was 100% restored in them.
  Amber, I know I thanked you a thousand times the other day, but you are truly the reason I was a happy customer the other day. I brought to your desk a situation of distrust that was half-handled and riddled with errors. You not only helped rectify all of my issues, but you also restored my faith and made me feel trust that previously was lost. You gave me real and truthful answers about coverage that I wasn't provided at the call center, and I cannot thank you enough. Bonus you did this in half the time of the call I had placed the day before!
  Amber, thank you so much for taking care of me and my family properly. You are truly an asset to A-Affordable, and I will be looking to do business with you exclusively in the future. Keep being amazing!!

  I was in a really bad situation with my current insurance company and was told in order to start a new policy with them I had to pay my entire premium in full. I am not in any position to do that at the current time being. I was really stressed out over it and my friend told me to call Tamara at A-affordable and that she helped him find a new policy for for a lot less than any other company was asking. She totally saved me and found me something I could afford and make monthly payments on. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. I am just thankful that a-affordable makes situations like mine possible to work with with amazing agents like Tamara who honestly DO care and go out of their way to help you. Thank you Tamara you were a life saver!! You are an ANGEL!! God Bless!!

  Tamara Askew was the agent I dealt with at A Affordable to get new insurance. I want to say that she was amazing. Professional, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly kind.   The best insurance agency I have ever used. With premium coverage and great rates that can't be beat anywhere else. I would like to thank my agent Yesica S., she was/is an amazing help, by explaining my coverage in detail; as well as, gave me great savings combining my renters insurances with my auto policy. Highly recommend her and definitely will continue using aafordable in the future.

  I had the most wonderful experience with A-Affordable!! Buying a new car was extremely stressful and I had not done it in a few years. She was very patient and understanding. I was extremely happy with the low rate she found me and the payment options available! She even got me my plates so I didn't have to wait at the registry for a whole day. If I had known what an amazing company a-affordable is and the spectacular service I would receive I would have switched YEARS ago!! Thank you so so much Tammy! And thank you a-affordable! I am going to recommend you to everyone I know!! :-D

  I had been with a great insurance company prior to my experience at A-Affordable, but when it got cancelled for a mishap, they wanted the moon to re-instate. I went to A-Affordable and they worked with me and I had my premium paid in full early! Just recently I wanted to add my teenage son, and Michelle Welch in the Worcester went above and beyond to help me figure out what we wanted to do! She was so personable and friendly and really knew her stuff! I am, needless to say, very happy I switched!

  I had a great experience today! I wasn't able to make it into the office until the last minute and Amber was able to help me. She went above and beyond staying late and making sure that I was totally set up before she left for the day. I appreciate her hard work and great service and that is what always makes this office great.
