  HORRIBLE Credit Union! I have excellent credit and hadn't had a loan or credit card opened in years, although I do have loans always paid on time and credit cards paid in full each month. Utilization is at 7% max. They denied me a small auto loan? Now my credit has a hit as well as a NEGATIVE mark on it for the next 2 years, all because of these idiots. I plan to appeal this decision through the proper protection agency because I feel I have been wrongly discriminated against. Now I also bank with DCU, but their branches aren't close to me. However most of my DCU business can be done on-line or through a Co-op. DCU has been excellent to deal with for all my financial matters. Hard lesson learned trying to give the little, local guy (GFA) my business.

  Have been banking in Rutland and had nothing but great things to say about the staff. As soon as I walk in someone always says "good morning what can I help you with today. Very knowledge staff. I am a senior citizen and often run into small problems and they are so helpful and never rush me👌😊

  Great if you want poor customer service and the same problems month after month with paperwork. Would never use them for anything again.

  They won't close my savings account. They are charging me 5.00 a month.I am up to$45.00. They won't close my account until I pay them. They are going to charge me another $5.00 this month. Money hungry bank.

  Terrible Bankpoor customer service and they'll tow your car too if you're in their lot longer than they think is appropriate. Would never ever do business there.
