Nick had a scheduled, weekday appointment he called to confirm with me 2 days before. He never showed up, didn't call or text despite me calling/texting him in excess of a dozen times during the week. He did, however, show up for a 2nd appt. the following weekend (for a different scope-of-work). He called to say he was on-site to clean the carpets. He didn't address the NO SHOW 5 days prior. Obviously, I asked him about it. He said his schedule was "overwhelmed." Not once did he apologize or offer an explanation of why he did not communicate with me. I told him he was not welcome at my property and asked him to leave. I will not use Aardvark.

Very reasonable and professional operation--Nicolas was prompt, friendly and went above and beyond on service. Prices were the most reasonable I found, well worth it and picked up the day after I contacted them. They use a very large truck and were able to compact my stuff down to take up less space. You can't go wrong with this company! Socially distanced and masked.

If I could give six star stars to Nick and his company I would. We set a time with Nick and he communicated with us throughout the process. He gave us a half an hour heads up call on his way and showed up on time. Once there, he was very professional and took to the task of taking away furniture from my dad's house. He was quick and efficient and when he was done he vacuumed up. It was as if he was never there. I cannot recommend Nick and his company enough!
