Called them to ask if they can get a spare key with keyless entry for my subaru. The person who picked up sounded like they were driving and said, "seriously? Good luck with that" and hung up. I may not have been a customer to them, but after they replied to my initial 1 star rating to attempt to help them save face, I'm certainly glad I never was.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called them when I locked my keys in my truck. When I called they told me it would be about a half hour until a technician would be able to come to my location. After waiting an hour, I called them back to confirm someone was still coming and they told me the technician was close by but running late. After waiting another 30 mins I called back again and was sent to voicemail. No one ever showed up to help me, so I had to contact another company to come help. Every time I spoke with the dispatcher on the phone he was also extremely short and very unprofessional.

Absolutely would recommend A 24 Hour Emergency Locksmith

I have Johnny on my phone on speed dial we don't talk very much but when I need him he is always there!

I cannot recommend him enough today he saved me $200 by giving me some great advice over the phone.

He came almost immediately after answering the phone. He got my truck running and told me the parts I needed. He came back and put the parts in for free. His initial charge was very reasonable.

While they really helped get the truck back on the road temporarily on Christmas eve, the new igntion put in the following week doesn't match and is messed up. You can turn the acc on without the key, causing the battery to go dead if you bump the ignition while getting out. The column also wasn't put back together and the top half of the column cover was somehow lost. Several messages have gone unanswered. Never again.
