Quick to take money and take weeks to actually do any work. They will show up without notice and make it hard to reschedule. They may also not bill you correctly and take another deposit for another job under false pretenses. Anybody I've talked to that knows this business, has had bad experiences with them, knows someone that has or, has heard negative things about them. How are they still operating?

My appartment complex hired this company to repair a large structural break and these guys are so respectful and nice! Always on time and professional with excellent people to interact with. My appartment complex would not provide me with another place to stay so these guys literally had to work around me at my front door. They are so helpful and kind!! I wish I could say the same for the appartment company. I highly recommend A-1 concrete for anyone who wants a good job done by good people!!

Trying to get anyone to return your call is a job itself. They sent a few guys who didn't seem to know what they were doing. They showed up late then would leave saying they forgot something and come back the next day. Another day they left because one of them were being evicted. Was only on the job for 30 min. Install lasted 2 months and it sunk again. Now after this last repair it feels like we have a hill in our living room. Leveling was never checked. Don't recommend.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled 9.30.21 at 3:30. I made this appointment two weeks in advance. I was even called twice to confirm the appointment which I made very clear I was available for. Day of the appointment I take off work to meet at my home where I waited till 4:45 before I decided to call and ask about if someone was coming. She lets me know no one is available. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known. When he knew he wasn’t going to show why couldn’t someone let me know in advance? I took off work to make this appointment and no one was professional enough to give me a quick heads up. “We have a Monday available”. Well no thanks I don’t want to do business anymore. I’ll go to your competitor.
