We called 911 Restoration after getting an offer from another company and wanting a second opinion, And boy am I glad we did..! Not only they saved us a lot of money they also did the job much faster than the other company said they would, and actually added extra work that wasn’t included on the previous offer and were still much lower final price. We are 100% happy with the results, the whole kitchen looks better than before. Excellent communication and great people, the whole crew was polite professional and worked clean.

I’m so happy we chose 911 to handle our fire and odor damage Restoration everything was just one hundred percent professional the response time the behavior of all the workers the owner everyone were very very nice to us and very helpful always they explained everything and what was each problem and how they can fix it and everything they promised was true so we very happy with the service hope we never need it again but if we ever have problems or anyone we know had problems 911 is the people to call for sure

All I can say is thank you! Josh and his team were absolutely amazing with us throughout the whole process- we had A serious amount of mold in our apartment bedroom and bathroom, and from the moment we called 911Restoration it was nothing but a pleasure.
Josh arrived to our place within 40 minutes, gave us a detailed breakdown of what needs to be done and started working right away. His pricing was not as cheap as another offer that I got, but I realized right away that this is a different level of professionals and that I’m better off paying a bit more for good and professional service with certified technicians and done the right way, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision- they kept us updated every step of the job, completed everything within the timeline we agreed on, and did a flawless job leaving everything clean and looking like new, while being available for us 24/7 for any questions or concerns and answering all of our questions patiently and thoroughly.
