Not only are walk-ins NOT welcome they also do not honor appointments. Several times trying to get in as a walk-in and was told the wait would be 2-3hrs. My two appointments I made ran late about 1hr due to them over booking walk-ins. Really, over booked walk-ins, when as a walk-in myself I have to wait so long. Ummm something is not adding up. They really need to work on making appointments and time management. If it wasn't for all that, I would get my hair done there every time Very unfortunate.

They suck and they can't cut hair to save their lives and the lie about walk ins. I wouldn't waist my time here

Everyone was so nice, very friendly and welcoming. They were busy yet took the time to cut my husbands hair. The owner, Kas, was funny and does an amazing fade. Can't wait to go back! Lots of good products here. Love this salon!
