When I was getting my pedicure done my nail tech didn’t even ask me if I wanted to keep my toe nails long or short. Instead she cut them as short as possible because they “matched” my other toes I picked out a different color for my finger nails and she assumed I wanted my toes to match too and painted my toes a different color then the one I chose. Never again

I've been to this salon three seperate times. I had a pedicure with my best friend and we both got fungus from it. Their foot scrubbing tool was very small and obviously used. I am disgusted. I didn't know I had gotten fungus nails from the first visit because they hid my nails and repainted them at my next visit for a pedicure and gel manicure. My daughters came in for manicures for their birthday and were treated terribly. Their manicurist didn't speak to either of them during their manicures. What the heck? I regret the tips I gave and will never walk through these doors again. It doesn't matter if you use plastic liners in your pedicure bath if the tools are gross. Buyer beware!!! My friend had fungus on all ten toenails and I had it on multiple toenails. My big toenail is chipping, peeling and falling apart. It is so bad😡

I was here a few weeks ago. Too bad TIffany couldnt be bothered to get off her phone. I've been here before and had a decent experience. They are close to sams' club and when I have a sitter I try to do multiple errands but I wont be back here. Tiffany was back and forth with her dang phone. I was seriously interrupting her day. The sea salt scrub lasted a couple minutes, the lotion massage was a few more minutes. I asked for a manicure, AFTER the pedicure- so i could move to the tables (I have a bad back)- well more phone calls later and tiffany did the manicure in the pedicure chair. I moved to the drying area and she asked 'you pay now?'. Well I was going to pay on the way out but i guess I can pay now- No tip for tiffany.

Got rude Tiffany also. Others around me where given choices such as," What kind of scrub do you prefer?" With Tiffany it is her choice. I wanted my nails curved and she argued wirh me. She practically demanded payment and came real close to demanding tiplooking for a new place!

Never have ran into more unfriendly staff than here.. Tiffany is rude and there is another lady I think Rosa maybe, I've had 2 unpleasant experiences with her.. She never smiled and was put off when I didn't understand exactly how she wanted my foot positioned for the pedicure. I never complain, I still tipped but they lost a customer. Don't go here.

I came in for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows touched up. A super unfriendly woman did my pedicure. She wouldn't talk to me at all except to bark at me about bending my leg or to put my foot back in the water. The pedicure was decent though. I've had another pedicure in the past here that was also pretty good. Just being not particularly friendly would not typically get you a one star review, but the eyebrow wax done by Tiffany was some of the most unpleasant, unprofessional treatment I've ever received.
After my pedicure they rushed me into the back for waxing without time to let my polish dry. My big toe paint got scraped off when I was laying down on their table thing. Tiffany couldn't have been more annoyed at having to do my eyebrows. She didn't like having to walk back and forth to the stand for her tools so she set them all in my hair. She even put a used wax strip in my hair. She was not at all careful about applying the wax so she got some in my hair. I went up and paid and still tipped pretty well, but as I was leaving I was thinking about my messed up paint job and all the wax in my hair- I was frustrated about the whole thing so I asked that my toe nail be fixed. Too bad for me and Tiffany, we got matched up again. She refused to talk to or look at me, and when she finished she just got up and walked away.
I came with my aunt and my mom. They could have had three returning customers out of this visit, but none of will be returning if that's the way they treat their customers.response / report this review -

Tiffany is truly a awesome nail tec i have very long real nails and she does them so beautiful the nicest people work with her yesterday i had a appointment and didn't feel well they took care to give blanket and water to make me feel better looking for a nice day try this place thank you Tiffany

I got fungus from this place! It took months to heal and lost some of nail! After I was done I saw them put the wax from feet back in the whole thing of wax! Gross!

Absolutely terrible pedicure. The guy cut all my toenails crooked and the polish is not covering the nail but it definitely on my skin. And they charge a fortune for this terrible job. I'm so sorry I spent my money here.

I went for a fill and a pedicure and I asked for my nails to be cut shorter and she told me she couldn't do that so my nails are uncomfortably long. My gel polish is dull and textured when It should be shiny and smooth. My pedicure was awful. She didn't paint half of some nails! And she rushed me out the door grabbing my things and throwing them in my lap while I was trying to get my things together. She even removed my daughter from her seat. I was extremely upset. I will never be returning
