  I am impressed. They took my hair seriously and kept my style. Last place totally combed over my part and practically shaved my entire head. Im so happy. There are a few bad reviews on this place but from obvious people you just cant make happt no matter what you do. AMETHYST WAS MY STYLIST. SHES AWESOME. :)😁

  RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MICHELLE ABSOLUTELY RUINED MY HAIR, AND THEN HER STYLIST FRIEND INSULTED ME WHEN I STARTED CRYING.
  DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR HAIR.
  If I could give no stars. This would be the time.
  Check my other reviews, I am an honest, kind person.
  I went in as a blonde (please see last picture) with natural dark roots and lighter dyed roots who wanted her the roots touched up to match the rest of the hair. Like a million others! The first thing I said to Michelle was "We are dealing with 3 hair types, virgin, dyed and bleached.
  She said no problem.
  The first time Michelle bleached my roots (roots only, that's the way its done keeps the rest of your hair from being over-processed) I came out of the sink with bright copper roots and blonde hair.
  Michelle suggested rightly that we redo the roots. I smiled and made jokes and really thought my hair would be ok.
  She pulled the bleach through the rest of my hair, and it made sense I wanted it all one shade like it was originally. Then she proceeded to put on a dark purple toner. She said it will take out the yellow. I said that was fine I'd rather have purple than bright yellow hair. What I ended up with is green hair with purple splotches. There are patches along my hairline that are so bleached it looks like I am BALDING. Next to the bleached to invisible hair I have COPPER root spots where she missed, long GREEN strands, and dark PURPLE splotches everywhere.
  As I started to cry, a stylist with brown hair and bangs spoke to me from across the room: "IT LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN YOU CAME IN, YOU HAD YELLOW, BROOM, STRAW-HEAD." Really? I have never been so hurt or insulted by anyone in the public sector. I'm sitting here crying writing this. COST CUTTERS SHAME ON YOU. I really wanted Michelle to fix this horrible mass of ugly on my head, but honestly:
  1. She doesnt have the skill set to undo what she did. She suggested I use a clarifying shampoo to scrub the color out, then we do a "bleach wash" mix shampoo with bleach and put it on. No. This is so wrong.
  2. Her fellow employees are so rude and hateful I wouldn't be seen inside their establishment, or anywhere near them. They are miserable, insulting people.
  ****I want to warn anyone who is thinking about stepping foot inside this place. LOOK AT MY PICTURES They do not have the skill to do hair or color, and they will treat you like less than garbage without hesitation. AVOID!!!!!!

  Very rude and unprofessional, the blond that works there ran 3 people out because of her attitude, she told them in a very rude way the "wait was going to be 45 minutes or longer" They acted as if they were mad it was busy! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
