About one year ago we used them to replace a water heater and they were OK. Not sure what has happened since.

We made arrangements to have them install a faucet and replace a shut off valve under that sink. A two hour window was given to us and we waited, and waited, waited some more. No show. No call to indicate they might be late or not showing up.

I tried calling them three times. Someone answered, said they were Bob, then they hung up. They are getting one star but deserve zero.

We had a instal of a water heater they did a great job but didn’t do a permit nor ask us if we wanted one. So are now trying to get a permit and we paid but now they won’t answer our calls or text messages. This cause us problems with the sell of our house as well. It’s like we got scammed

If i could give zero stars i would.
First i had a small leak to unit under mine. I call them and they fix the problem.
Shortly after that, problem shows up again. Big guy by name Joel constantly lied about times and that he have somebody on his way.
Long story short, they never show up and stop answering my phone calls.
Also, once he take half of the money in advance and bring the tools in, expect job delay at least 7 days.

So I’ve got to update my review as we had the pleasure of meeting Bruce today to have our new kitchen faucet installed. I must say they are top notch professionals at 5 Plumbers. Fair and honest and everything is perfect! Don’t use any other plumbers just give them a call.

Joe from 5 Plumbers saved the day!! We just moved into our new house to discover we had no hot water and it’s a holiday weekend now what? I called 5 Plumbers late Saturday night and got a call back almost immediately, I explained what was going on and Joe scheduled an appointment for Sunday. He came by and tried everything possible to resuscitate our hot water heater to no avail so we had to replace it. He took the time to explain the 2 brands they carry so we scheduled the install for Tuesday as that was the soonest as all of the supply houses were closed for the holiday. As promised Joe came by and did the work and didn’t leave until he knew we had hot water. Amazing service they do what they say and show up when promised I would highly recommend them!

We had an emergency with our main sewage line, 5 Plumbers were one of few plumbers to answer the call since it was around 6pm. They gave us an estimate over the phone, and said they would be at our location in 30 minutes. They were right on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to diagnose the problem, show us and explain what happened. They fixed our clogged sewage line very quickly. I will use this service again. They charged us exactly what was quoted over the phone. Thank you Joel & Bruce for coming out so quickly.
