The best from top to bottom. If you drive a nice Audi, this is where you take it. Much better experience than the dealership here in town. They did everything I expected and more, really can't say enough. I think that Tyler deserves a special mention and appreciation from his team for how well he performs.

I'd like to thank 360 auto and the team I was basically stranded didn't know what to do call these guys they stayed late helping me with my truck they got it going in a quick manner had me back on road in no time , I would highly recommend these guys very professional

I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic to determine the issue, they provided a diagnosis promptly and offered a fair price to do the work. We went forward and I picked up the car after a short while. Following pickup the car presented the same issue that was occurring so I contacted them via text and they called me back very shortly after to have me come in and drop the car back off (very accommodating with my schedule + great customer service). At this point I was concerned I was dealing with the typical auto shop bait and switch where there is non-essential work done, they “miss” the issue the vehicle was brought in for then charge you again after “finding” what was really wrong. Much to my delight, the folks like Phil and AJ at auto 360 are very ethical, honest, and generous and absolutely did nothing of the kind. They re-diagnosed the car quickly and found they had partially mis-diagnosed the first time and simply included the correct fix at no extra cost without my even asking. Needless to say I will be returning in the future for myself, my business, and recommending others do as well. By far the most ethical, honest, and reputable auto service provider I have used in the Tri-cities in the last few years.

I was so stressed about having work done on the only vehicle that fits all our kids since I'd have to wait with 3 toddlers while they did the work. Communication be fore, during and after the repair surpassed my expectations and they had a huge and comfortable kid friendly area to wait. They did the repair quickly and less costly than I expected. Highly recommend them!
