Very nice staff and owner. Great price and no annual fees. Great online notification and accounting system.
The location door is locked by package pickup code to access the building 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Same code is used inside to open the locker where items are stored.
Surveillance is in the building for security and safety.
The unpacking area is well organized. The opener blades are a slightly blunt for safety reasons. Not everyone knows how to use a box cutter properly.
The owner originally had them put but people were making it dangerous to have out.
Plenty of parking outside.
The entrance has steps so is not wheel chair accessible.response / report this review -

The staff are wonderful. Whenever I pick up with my kids they are so helpful. Clean and organized environment, surveillance cameras, no annual fee and always open. Notifications via text. Highly recommend!

No annual fee, US$3 a parcel, very smart automated code/locker system, and the staff are very helpful on the rare occasion I've had to deal with them. Being able to pickup any time has been incredibly helpful as sometimes I have had to go around 10/11pm, long after other places have closed for the night.

quick service (never had an issue with parcels, as I used to at my old PO box). Pick up anytime (literally), they're open 24/7. Notifications come VIA text so it's super quick & easy!

Have been using this service for 3 or 4 years. Can't recommend it enough! It's super convenient. You can literally pick up the parcel at any time of the day and night, even at 3 am! It's easy to find in Blaine, there's a big sign on H street, really close to the border (1 minute as they say on their website). And this idea with a unique PIN code is fantastic! I came on Sunday at 3pm, the place was deserted but I entered my PIN to enter the building and then once again to open a storage box with my parcel. It took me 2 minutes to pick up my parcel.
I also liked receiving a text and an email notifying that the order arrived and when it was picked up. The latter is convenient when someone else picks up the parcel for you - you just tell them your uniqie PIN code, that's it, no "lists of authorized persons" or ID-ing people like other companies use.

I have been using 24/7 Parcel for several years. The staff members are always friendly, the place is always clean, and of course they are always open :)

I've never been in this place when employee's are working - always there after hours. That is why I love this place. I get notified when my parcels has arrived, and I can show up at 11pm or 1am any night - skipping border lineups and traffic in general. Place is always very clean, and the expansion was great - no issues with getting a locker anymore.

I have been using them for years. Awesome service and convenient that is 24/7. Not sure what some people are complaining about. Never ever had an issue.
