I was out of the country and my house flooded; there was 2 feet of water in my basement due to the freeze last winter. The person I had watching the house worked with 24/7 and their people came in right away, took care of everything, were very responsive, worked with me via email because I was in a different time zone and across the world. They’ve been patient for me to take care of it with my insurance and deal with them. I highly recommend them. Something that could’ve been absolutely devastating, turned out fine, and when I came home, everything was dry and taken care of.

Meeting Sydney, my project manager on Monday night after 930pm was the best person I could have met during our flood emergency! Our basement flooded, 3 in of water every where and we were panicking. A friend referred us to 24/7 Flood and Fire, I called and within an hour Sydney and her team were at the house, calming us down and getting to work.
They were able to pump the water out within 2 hours and help troubleshoot the issue. We found out the sump pump failed! The next day Sydney came out with her team and cleaned the basement from all of the damage, pretty much lost everything 😭! Clothing, blankets, furniture, everything, they removed it all including all of the carpet, completed flood cuts to all of the water damaged walls! So much needed to be done and her and her team handled it quickly and professionally, keeping me updated often. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the wood beams and avoid mold in the walls. They sanitized the areas needing it. Checked in daily to do moisture checks while the basement dried out working with my schedule.
Finding out sump pump failure wasn't fully covered on the insurance scared me to death. After I informed Sydney of this, she said she would work with my budget which was very humbling and appreciated.
Huge shout out to Sydney and her team, Thomas, Rex, and Eric!!! These folks turned an extremely stressful situation for my family and made it their own, taking the stress away from us. I would call them in a heart beat if something tragic like this happened again (I pray it doesnt) and I strongly recommend you call them first if you encounter any type of water damage to your home!!!

I recently had a plumbing emergency at my home, and Beacon Plumbing referred me to 24/7 Flood and Fire to help with the drying process and restoration. I am so grateful for this recommendation because Tayler, Eric, and Sergio did an outstanding job!

From the moment they arrived, they worked closely with me to assess the damage and create a plan of action. They were professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process, which made me feel at ease during a stressful time.

They worked tirelessly to dry the affected areas and restore everything back to normal. They were also respectful of my property and left the area clean and tidy when they were finished.

This was my first time dealing with something like this, a broken pipe flooding a basement, so it was nice to have someone knowledgeable to walk me through the process. Cody from 24/7 Flood & Fire was great to work with. He was very thorough and helpful.
Now my basement is all dry & ready for repairs.

Beacon Plumbing referred us to 24/7 when our house flooded due to a leak. 24/7 was the first company on site, despite the freezing temps & ice. They immediately set up a plan for over the next month, and went into action. From pumping out water, to removing & disposing of carpets/flooring, as well as getting behind the drywall and setting up heaters/humidifiers throughout the house to get rid of the water. We dealt with a lot of companies through the ordeal, but 24/7 proved to be the most professional. Quality work, always responsive, had a solid plan, hard workers, & friendly service - I can't say enough about how positive the experience was during such a difficult time for our family. I would refer 24/7 to anyone who ends up having water or fire damage. Big thanks to Tyler, Eric, & Sergio!
