Brady replaced a leaky fridge line and valve, repaired a main water shut off, and even fixed the access door for it. He ran my new line behind my cabinets so I see leaks before they come through the basement ceiling. Brady and Jared replaced my water heater, orienting it in a more usable fashion. They were prompt, professional, and took great care to keep everything clean. They did such a great job I'm having them back to conduct maintenance on my HVAC system. I would strongly recommend them.

They came and examined our project and provided information about our shower and what it will take to make it 100%. They determined it was not in bad shape and the "fixes" are something we can do, which in turn saves us money. They didn't charge for the visit and provided us with all the information we need to handle this one area.
We are very grateful for a company with such integrity and a willingness to truly help.

This company is first class in every way. We called them late on a Friday night because are AC unexpectedly went out and they were very friendly and professional. Another company we called before them was not. They came the very next day (Saturday) and not only fixed the AC but took the time to explain why it stopped working, how to avoid the issue in the future and answered all other questions we had about our system. The tech that helped us went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

1st American is our go-to company for all our heating, AC, and plumbing needs. We first connected with them on a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe and have used them for servicing and repairs again and again based on the professionalism of the technicians and their responsiveness. They make sure it is the "right repair," letting us know when components are reaching the end of life but are still serviceable and they have also fixed minor items discovered in servicing at no charge. We rely on them for annual maintenance at fair prices and for fixes when we need them.

Blake was a wealth of information. You could tell that he loved what he did. He was constantly explaining what he was doing and showed me the parts he replaced. He even discovered a frozen pipe while he was here and saved me a mess in the spring by taking care of it for me on the spot. Very impressed.

Our water heater died at 10pm at night. I called Matt the next morning and he came out and gave me a great price on a new water heater and had it installed that day. Not only did he replace my water heater he did some pressure checks around the house to make sure there was nothing else going on. He was also very patient and explained a bunch of things about home maintenance when it comes to water heaters, plumbing, and my furnace-air conditioning. This helped me tremendously since I am a first time home owner. The guys came at the times they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I will only be using Matt and 1st American for all my plumbing and hvac needs.

The Technician introduced himself and put shoe covers on before coming into my home. He was very patient to answer all questions - even ones that might have seemed a bit silly but I was curious & he was more than happy to answer any question I had! :-) definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified Plumber - whether it's Plumbing or HVAC you need. Very pleased with the service!!

I found them by a referral and I am so glad that I did! They were able to help me within hours and at a price that was beyond fair and so helpful! I searched high and low for quick help and these guys took care of it fast and I could not be any happier! I have hired them for an HVAC item after the initial plumbing and it was also done quickly and professional with the utmost respect! They cancelled last minute, so we had to wait 2 days to even get a quote. On the day we rescheduled for they didn't show, and gave us a call 3 hours after the scheduled time saying they could be there in 30 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for them to show up, and after being told they're the "cheapest out there" and how "every other plumber is swamped" I was given a quote that was nearly tripple what I was quoted by another local plumber that actually showed up on time, and has pretty open availability. Definitely shop around. It will save you time and money.

I was referred to Matt from a friend our water heater was spewing water and causing a flood. He gave me emergency information over the phone to help calm me down and get the water turned off. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. He is not pushy or rude like I have ran into before. He is neat, clean and very nice.

Matt has now been out to our home 3 times now. The first was at 9:00 on a Sunday night in February because our furnace stopped working, we had just moved into the home a week before.
Each time he has been great. He was very thorough in determining the problems. He also spends time teaching me how to handle some of the smaller problems myself.

We enjoyed having Matt from 1st American Plumbing come into our home to work. He was able to figure out what the problem was with our faucet and fix it in a timely manner. Matt was very friendly.I also liked that he put booties on his work boots to protect my floors. I would call on 1st American Plumbing again. :) THANKS
