Yummo! The chicken and waffles and Pimento Grilled Cheese with bacon and avocado - a must try. Oh and the drinks are great too! :)

Busy, the word. Owner/ manager beautiful/graceful & helpful. Alive-at-5, the occasion, 3rd Thursday of month, April-October street party & they had a tent directly across the road. Very nice!

What a great friendly place in the middle od Downtown Roswell . The food was great. Crab dip and shrimp appetizers were a big hit as we're all the menu items. Drinks were not stingy and ambience was laid back. The owner, Jenna checked in and really seemed to care. Highly recommend.

Service was good. The food was all very heavily salted but I can't really complain too much. I split the grouper sandwich and the fried pimento cheese sandwich and I recommend both strongly. Cool environment.

Even though it's always so busy, they always try to get you seated in a reasonable amount of time. Don't let the crowd fool you - there's an entire seating area of booths hidden in the back, beyond the bar area! The food is always on point and the drinks are fabulous.

Stopped before a play at Georgia Ensemble. Very small, tables close. I got a mozzarella sandwich and roasted butternut squash. Delicious. Not a place to hand out for long.

Originally went in looking for burgers but they only had one burger on their dinner menu. We explained this to our waiter and decided to leave after finishing our drinks. The owner and our waiter came over to our table and did everything they could to keep us in their restaurant. They made us burgers that were off menu and to our liking which was awesome. The service we received was phenomenal! I would definitely go back again

Had some friends from out of town, and decided to try a new place. The food was outstanding! Had the chicken , Mac and cheese, with brussel sprouts. The food was phenomenal and the service was outstanding! The manager made a special trip over to make sure that we were very happy with our dinner. Our out of town guests had a great time with the friendly staff, and we will definitely be coming back in to try some of the other great menu options! Thanks 1920 for a great dinner experience!!!

Expensive trendy bar and restaurant. Wonderful staff. Crowded. Not sure about food. Fried green tomatoes were great, but 3 slices for $12. $4 a slice? Really? But the short rib Shepard pie was almost flavorless. Stuffed grouper special sounded great, but ran out night before and was still on menu. $7 for draft Blue Moon.

This is a good place dine in Roswell. The food is good. I like the decor in this restaurant. Makes our pictures look like they were taken in 1920.

We only just moved here a month ago and already have been here 3 times. It never fails how delicious the food is, great wine selection and atmosphere. The only things I suggest are 2 things: never skimp on portions, the first time we had the short rib n grits app there was a nice piece of short rib on there, the second time, it was tiny, if that's all you have left, you should discount the plate, seeing that consistency is a must, you have many regulars and you can't do this. Second your red wine is so warm, it's hard to enjoy good wine outside in the heat when the wine is just as warm, we had to put ice in it which we hate. Red wine should be chilled between 60 and 64 degrees to get the most out of the taste notes and enjoyable. All you have to do is get a chiller and put one of each in there, that's what we did in our little tiny wine bar with barely any room. Besides that, we will be back and we will call ahead to have our bottle chilled.

My wife's gumbo was good, if I ever come back to 1920 (which is not happening) id get that fur sure. My "Kobe" burger was not Kobe. For$15 it was a super thin patty that would be impossible to cook rare(which is how I ordered it). Our friends steak was choice at best. She did not care for it. Another friend had the shrimp and grits. It looked OK and he politely said it wasn't bad but left most of it on the plate. For the money, you can do much better. Service was good.

Fantastic dinner, service was amazing and honestly they showed me that they cared about us. Our whole party thoroughly enjoyed. The bartenders were great even though the place was packed, they still delivered the level of service that I wouldn't expect due to the level of volume they were at. Top notch, and we all look forward to going back soon! Thank you 1920 Tavern! Management and owners even checked on us during our time spent there. A+!

Had a great lunch here on the weekend not long ago for my wife's birthday. Just the two of us, so service was quick and food came out in pretty good time. Don't let the crowded outdoor patio fool you, lots of room inside as well.

I highly recommend the beef short rib sandwich, great suggestion from our server who also had a fair bit of knowledge on the draft beers. A welcome change from the typical "let me ask the bartender".

Grilled oysters and the salad with blackened shrimp were great as well. Looking forward to a dinner here soon.

This place has really turned around since new ownership/management took over! We went a couple years ago and didn't love it; but last night what's typically our favorite restaurant right next door was no longer serving food even though it was before closing time, we disappointedly walked to 1920 and asked the hostess and she extremely politely said she wasn't sure but would find out. Two minutes later she chased us down the road to say they absolutely would still serve us! Everyone from the cute host to the attentive server to the awesome manager were so friendly and the food was amazing!!! We have definitely found a new regular spot .. thank you all for nailing what's most important at a restaurant: customer service!

Great Resturant! Better service than anywhere I've had since moving to the south (18 months ago.) The atmosphere is great and the food is outstanding!!! As a seasoned dining critic, I've found my favorite restaurant outside the perimeter. I can't wait to go back and experience this again hopefully sitting on the patio this time.

    Great job guys!!!!

A must try! Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced. Shelby was our server and she went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As we walked through the restaurant we were greeted by ever associate and felt like family. For a busy Saturday night our food was served within minutes and we were greeed with another amazing face, Jonathan. It was fresh and HOT!!! Will be back really soon for the ambience and great food. Thanks to the staff for their service.
