In March I turned to spitalestrainatate.ro to get my second opinion. they directed me to this hospital at dr Baris Topcular, represented by Marcela Lupu (International Services Department). After several mailings with them, we decided to go to the hospital at a doctor meeting. I had a list of date investigations and prices. when we arrived on March 19 at the hospital, they want to pay investigations worth 5000 usd instead of 2000 usd. After I contacted the company in Romania and after half a day running through the hospital with the infamous child (ate at 9 o'clock and at 15 o'clock we had MRI programming, but only at 17 o'clock received approval to do the investigation). After these unfortunate incidents I left somewhat satisfied and with a potential diagnosis and a recipe. at the final consultation, it remains that at one treatment month contact the hospital representative to tell the current situation and to receive new instructions. At almost a month of tratament I had an incident: Saturday night after a stronger crisis triggered fever. I gave it nurofen, paracetamol suppository, wet towels, bath in warm water. for an hour and a half had convulsions and made an epileptic seizure again, I gave disitin diazepam 5mgf/2.5ml. because I could not manage the fever home I went to the hospital. they put the novocalmin suppository and after 2 hours the fever dropped. at admission had 39.7 temperature. in total had 6 hours of fever between 38 and about 40. I have done in the past fever after the crisis but not so persistent. in the last few days twitches.
After this incident I contacted Florence representative, who told me he had not found the doctor and recommended that we contact him directly. So i did, i wrote 2 emails and a message on whasapp but i did not get any answer. I contacted the hospital and spitalestrainatate.ro representatives. After a week and a half, I received an official mail from Mrs. Marcela Lupu that the doctor is not in the hospital today and to contact him by phone. From April 16th to April 25th we were set to wait (not a doctor in the hospital, it is a day off, is in surgery, has patients .).
Perhaps for a simple patient with no health problems the 10 days of waiting is not much, but for a child with a serious form of epilepsy every minute counts. All my experience seemed ugly, and the quick part was just the consultation and the charging.

I would never think of visiting this hospital again , unprofessional , I went there with my insurance and asked if it's covered in this hospital , she told me just wait , and I told her I don't want to pay its not covered just let me know , and she said okay I went inside with the doctor and I stayed only 3 mins inside , and I payed 280 and I didn't take any medicine

Herkese merhaba,
Hasta değilsenizde sizi hasta edecek bir yer. Kontrollarım için yaptırdığım tahlil, ve radyolojik , işlemlere ait sonuç ve raporların tarafıma mail ile gönderilmesi talebim üzerine form doldurttular. Ancak bir haftada gelmedi. Aramaya çalıştım. Ya telefonu açmıyorlar yada bekletiyorlar. Sıkılıyorsunuz. Muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Bulduklarınızda sizi anlamıyor. Öyle kızdırıyorlarki, sinirlerinizi bozup küfretmekten başka çare bırakmıyorlar.
Böyle bir ortamda öz veriyle çalışan doktorlarıın halini varın siz düşünün. Eminim onlar da çaresizler. Bu gidişle bu güğzelim yatırım batar gider.
