I am rather surprised to read all the bad reviews, Acibadem Fulya is my go-to hospital (as a foreigner living in Istanbul); its clean, the staff is professional and I always feel like I'm in good hands. Its a bit pricey but I guess you can't put a pricetag on your health, right?

Nice look - but never judge a book by its cover. Had hair transplantation there, and result was not satisfying. Operating room was not clean and most staff did not appear professional. Hotel was included but we had to change to another one because it was very (!) dirty.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

2190 TL for a MR this is a Rip-off.
300 meters to the right side of the hospital you can get it for 500 TL. Never again Acibadem.

- there is a parking lot only reserved for valet parking just to make more money out of you and leads you to walk more

- the doctor who examined me had no soft skills and had no idea how to treat a customer/client/patient (you name it). He kept talking on the phone when I entered the room and the total examination took only 5 minutes in total although I told him that I previously went to doctor before and did not get better. I am not sure if any orthopedic examination should take more or less but overall I felt not valued in this hospital .

Except taking your money they do nothing.
No follow up - unable to receive your test results - customer service zero - staff lauphing while you are having an unpleasant test- unable to answer the phone or to give you a call back.
unreliable - Amazingly expensive and unprofessional.

Very Clean and full of nice people. Also very nice looking building. All of the doctors that I went too seemed really nice except one but I will take those odds any day. There is so many elevators speeding up the process of getting where you have to be quicker. I went to the little cafe downstairs and they made a really good omelette with traditional Turkish breakfast on the side. Acibadem is one of best hospitals in Turkey and they are separating themselves with Acibadem Sports, which is like a whole separate wing dedicated to sports athletes and people trying to stay in shape.
