Very Nice Hotel although we only visited, we did not stay there. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. We returned another evening and ate in The Restaurant which was good, the food and service was excellent.

Şehrin merkezinde olmasına rağmen otele girdiğinizde şehrin kalabalığıyla, gürültüsüyle bağlantı kesiliyor. Otopark imkânı var. Lobi çok geniş. Mescit temiz ve abdest imkânı var. Mescide yakın WC bulunsa daha kullanışlı olur.

Every healthy breakfast
Quick wifi- elevator

It's a nice hotel with the best location in the city beside Medan City centre but don't try to take a room on the first floor because it is all smoking rooms it has a very bad smoke smell

Far and away the most overpriced hotel I have ever seen. It's a three-star hotel masquerading as five. Truly a very unpleasant experience in many regards.

- The service provided is for 5 star hotel.
- location is in the city centre.
- Breakfast is good (can be better) but not bad.
The only comment i have is that the rooms looks old, they need to reinovate them and if the management can put some smell in the whole hotel that make people confortable more will be great.

A bit overpriced for what you get. The hotel is quite outdated, with limited breakfast. You are forced to buy a swimming cap if you want to use the swimming pool on the top floor. The pool water is cold, and not temperature controlled. The staff are good overall, and if you're renting a car, there's no direct parking. You'll have to park the car by the side of the street and call for one of the staff inside and they'll take the car and park it in a nearby underground parking. If you want to use the car, you'll have to wait like 5 minutes for the car to be brought from the parking.
