  Nice view from the room, you can see the black Sea. No noise. Good restaurant

  A clean and decent hotel fit for short stays, business trips etc. They provide you with all basic accommodations but hotel lacks a character to be considered romantic or a vacation place. If you aim to visit city center it is quite far and a car is required to reach anywhere. Since it is next to a mall, it is very advantageous for urgent needs and emergencies.

  I like their facilities and location but I would not like to come again to this hotel for the below reasons;
  Pros:
  -Very nice garden and close to the beach.
  - close to a mall.
  - Clean.
  - good breakfast.
  
  Cons:
  - We were me, my wife and my 8 years old daughter. We paid extra as 3 adults to get the normal single bed like the photos I saw, but they let us to use the existing sofa bed which was very uncomfortable due to the noisy springs; you could feel them all over your body.
  - No A/c?!! I call them about that and they confirmed; "Yes no A/c, only heater"!!! Out side was cool but inside the room was not. We had to keep the window open hearing some outside noises.
  - Toilet door was noisy when opening/ closing especialy at night.
  - No tooth brushes, no free water like many other 4 stars hotels or like other Novotel standard.
  Imagine staying 7 nights like that!!
  I would not recommend this to others.
  To the owner: please don't reply by that copied statement. I complained then with no results.

  I have stayed 3 nights (2 connected rooms) last week and planning to have another stay at this weekend with my family . Perfect destination for room and breakfast and nice sea view room in the highest floor. They keep my reservation till I checked In late in the night on the day of arrival 👍🏻. Hopefully, Internet service will be stable and faster when I come back in the coming couple of days. Thanks for the staff and GM of the hotel who is reading every feedback from customers for the sake of improving customer experience.

  The restaurant has a bit reasonable price and workers were so efficient, except for timing, you have to be patient with some orders even the cold once

  Nicely located hotel. Beautiful view of the beach and green landscape from the sea view rooms. It had great and new furniture when I stayed 5 years ago. Unfortunately now some of the facilities do not appear to be well maintained. We had problems with the bed which was broken and required repairs which took sometime. Also, the air condition was not working and took several hours to be foxed. Furthermore, some of the bathroom accessories were loose. Also, the service when requested from the reception takes long time to attend to. Overall, the price paid is higher that the service provided.

  Friendly staff with not bad English. Very good location. Near to airport which cost 27 lira by texi.
  Shopping mall backyard is not fascinating but a good addition. The sea view is amazing from 5th floor.
