  Location is very good. Rooms are fantastic. Also the staff and the manager of the place they are very friendly and helpful. They are trying their best to help you and to make your trip a very good one. The food is exceptional, the pool is clean and lovely.

  Only best words for the hotel. The staff are friendly,helpful and english speaking. The sevice is amazing. I totally rate this hotel with maximum rating. Breakfast is very good, lots of choices and also the restaurant menu is amazing from simple dishes to local ones up to aged steak. The pool is very good and also you have spa for extra sevices. I am 1.95meters i hit my room door two times beacuse thet are low but you get used to them :). If you have in mind visiting Cappadocia, this is your 1st option for your accommodation. ) Love from Ardian and Nure.

  The place is beautiful. But there are a few things to consider.
  First you need to come to terms with staying in a cave. Let's just say that light is not flowing in bathing the room with a warm glow, that it is slightly moist, that the walls and ceilings are in a constance state of shedding little bits and pieces, but remember, you are in a cave. So stop complaining, if you don't want the experience go to a regular old hotel.
  You do need to be in shape, I counted 60 stair steps from my door to the dinning area, I only know this because one morning I made three trips back and forth one morning and the last trip I counted them. I am not in the best of shape and didn't have a problem but just be aware and ask for a room close to the first floor, if you can figure which floor that is but I am sure they deal with this all the time.
  The service and help was top rate and friendly. English was workable.
  All in all I would rate this as a must experience.
