Simple lunch. Quite nice surrounding. Think would look nicer if at night with lights lit. :)

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great customer service, lovely views of the rocks - make sure you catch the balloons early in the morning from the terrace. The spa and the pool was a lovely treat.

My husband and I have just returned from three days stay at this fantastic hotel. We were eagerly anticipating this trip based upon the previous reviews we had read and we were not disappointed.
We stayed in a suite and it was definately worth paying. The room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It provided the extra space and really added to the luxury feel of the holiday.
The food and drinks were varied and accesible throughout the hotel.
The hotel was incredibly clean and we would would regularly see staff cleaning thougout the day and night. This includes the pool area. These area were perfect for spending time relaxing.
All in all, we have had brilliant holiday. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. And also I am sending my great compliments to the hotel manager Fikret bey for allresponse / report this review -

Set among the sandstone hill homes, it has a charm of its own. Rooms are decent size but bathroom not heated. Cold even in autumn.

I would recommend this hotel to whomever is going to stay in Goreme. the rooms are clean, the food is great and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The spa is great it's the ideal hotel to relax, especially the view when you wake up is incredible.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The buffet is super tasty. Balloon tours, Atv tours, Horse tours, Fun as a team, Staff face very glad to a lot thank you staff 🤗

The suite is amazing, just inside a cave. Staff are always willing to help you with your trip. Negative point: breakfast: they do not have enough sweet food. If you like salty breakfast, it is good

It really deserves six stars. It made such a difference in our stay in Kapadokya to discover and stay at the Goreme Kaya. From the moment we arrived. Such nice personnel. It really does have rooms that are carved into the rock. Very cool. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was hot. The towels were thick and fluffy. And warm, as there was a towel warmer in our bathroom. The restaurant was very good, alternating between buffet style is a lot of guests or personal service if it was a quiet night. Because we were there in December, with the sun going down early, we opted for dining at the hotel instead of walking out to another place. And we enjoyed the evening meals there. Especially the night we asked them to prepare the local specialty of Testi Kebab. We arranged both the Green tour and the Red tour and the Kapadokya Balloons outing through them and enjoyed the convenience of just having the one bill at the end of our stay. Just an all around great experience and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we ever return to Kapadokya.
